I have had a handful of chronic injuries over my 68 years.Overextending myself physically without proper strength training.Dwight Robinson has changed all of that.Dwight has been my trainer for the past year. He has safely, conscientiously and supportively helped me work through two knee injuries, while always being attentive to my other various physical limitations. At the same time, he has taught, educated and shared with me his knowledge of exercise.Building muscle is not just a flirt with our vanity, it is crucial for sustaining our health, well being and longevity. There are not enough wonderful things to say about The Gym and all the trainers who work there, but especially Kristen! I have been working with her multiple times a week for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the progress I have made. Her experience in not only fitness but also nutrition is the total package for anyone looking to become healthier. Kristen is wonderful to work with, flexible when life happens, the best cheerleader to push you forward, and is constantly making sure my workouts are balanced and not boring or repetitive. The Gym itself accommodates all types of people in all different phases of their fitness journey. The inclusiveness and overall environment of the facility as well as the great selection of equipment make this the best gym in Longmont, hands down.

I have been working with Spencer for several weeks , and am so happy with my progress ! Spencer is knowledgeable, motivating , and easy to work with. I am recovering from a knee injury and Spencer has done an amazing job of designing my workouts while also acknowledging the specific exercises needed to strengthen my knee. I would highly recommend Spencer as well as The Gym. The equipment is great and the staff is friendly, it’s a very comfortable place to work out .

Dan and the trainers at The Gym certainly make this place phenomenal. Their education and experience is phenomenal for anyone who’s looking for guidance. The equipment is the best around but it’s their guidance, knowledge, experience that make this a great culture and truly a results based facility.

We love the gym! Dan, Spencer Nate and the whole crew are amazing. My son is 11 years old and has fallen in love with strength training because of the awesome environment and people. Can’t recommend The Gym at Prospect enough for all ages ?

Probably the BEST gym I have ever gone to, machines are TOP NOTCH, it’s almost NEVER crowded, staff is awesome. A little bit pricey, but nothing too egregious. Gym is clean and well taken care of with an owner who truly cares. I left a review on golds saying it was one of the best gyms in Longmont, the reason I said “one of” is because of this place. It is the BEST gym in Longmont and it’s not even close

Best gym in town by FAR! I have to leave my house by 7am to go to work and have struggled for years to find a gym that opens early enough in the morning for me to get a full workout in before work. This gym operates on a key FOB system and opens at 4am! As a female, I’ve never felt unsafe here. I had ACL surgery in March and have been a devout gym goer here five days a week since. I cannot thank Dan and his team enough for this incredible gym. It’s THE reason why my knee recovery is going so well! Thank you, truly thank you!

While a life style change to become healthy can be frustrating and overwhelming, The Gym at Prospect takes that away. The gym has a great selection of equipment and awesome trainers to help you with every step of the way in your journey. My trainer Spencer is amazing! His help has helped me relook at my journey and make the necessary corrections to see changes to keep my motivation going. The gym is clean and the environment is welcoming plus everyone at the gym is so nice and friendly. I highly recommend The Gym at Prospect!

Large, clean facility with a ton of machines and equipment. There are excellent trainers here if you’re looking for a personalized training plan to help reach your goals. I’ve been working with Spencer for months now and can highly recommend his services.

I enjoy training here with Kristen, who is a very awesome trainer! She really listens to your goals and tailors the workouts to what you need. The gym is never crowded even during peak hours so there is always equipment to use. I highly recommend coming here!
