This place is a hidden gem in Longmont. We have been to many Italian restaurants and some high dollar, but the Italian Twist beats them all when it comes to food. The Shrimp Scampi is a must-try! I can't wait to try everything on the menu ?

Fantastic! We stopped in because we had never noticed it was there. The food was so good. The service was quite friendly and quick. One of my family members must eat gluten free, and they had the best tasting gluten free pasta I’ve ever eaten. Will be returning on a regular basis when we are wanting Italian food.

The Mushroom Spinach Ravioli and loaded garlic bread were just outstanding... did not disappoint. Flavorful and a good portion size. The ravioli were filled with cheese and a mushroom blend, topped with spinach and more mushrooms; lots of creamy garlic sauce. Great service too.I came on a day where I needed some soul-food comfort and this was a wonderful experience.Kid-friendliness: An atmosphere for all kinds of people; singles, couples families etc.

We stopped in on a whim and just loved this place! The food was great and love that they have a huge selection of gluten-free options, which were delicious. The staff was super friendly and fast. Will definitely stop in again when we are in Longmont.

What a little gem this place is! Our first visit had us quickly hooked with the Lemon Cream Angel Pasta with lemon, capers, asparagus, artichokes and garlic. Nothing short of luscious! We're already wanting to try so many other incredible looking dishes on the menu. Next up may be the Chicken Gorgonzola or the Butternut Squash Ravioli. No wait, maybe the Shrimp Scampi! SO many amazing choices, it's really going to be hard to decide. But, not hard to decide.....getting back there quickly. If you haven't tried The Italian Twist, you are missing out, so that when you do go, you'll be kicking yourself you've not gone long before. (The prices are also reasonable.) Bon Appetit!

For some reason, my least favorite type of restaurant is a probably a pasta restaurant. With the exception of Macaroni Grill, most of these places seem really bland and I'm always inclined to spend my money elsewhere, especially Thai or Indian. When my wife suggested it, and she had liked it before, so that was good enough. I'll admit I was loving the pasta dish with shrimp and chicken, tons of flavor but not overly heavy and also enjoyed some bites of my wife's entree. The Twist was a refreshing change of pace for us and I was very satisfied we chose it, a good value and the great flavors and quality of the dishes. And a Cobb Salad for $9.99, a deal given all the ingredients in it. I'll be back, and I do recommend.

Food is OK, probably not worth the cost, but not a bad quick option for dinner. I would go back, but not top on my list.

Spinach & Mushroom ravioli was decadent! The sauce was flavored perfectly. My friend had the Penne allá vodka, also amazing. Restaurant is pretty small but was able to accommodate a reservation for 12ppl at 6:30p on a Friday. Alcohol is not served here.

Food is flavorful just don't order add ons cause they don't give you much. We ordered gluten free Florentine Pasta with Italian sausage and was charged extra $6 (2.50 for gluten free, $3.50 for sausage) but did not get much food, got 8 pieces of nickle size sausage pieces. Other pastas we ordered were given good amount of food. We thought it was a fluke, ordered gluten free again and again got half amount of pasta as other dishes. We should have received a full dish because we were charged extra for gluten-free.

I don't really understand how you can call a restaurant Italian without one dash of oregano or basil in the food. This is a Mexican version of Italian food and cannot be labeled Italian. Very disappointed. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and lasagna. Words cannot describe what we got but it was not Italian.
