I was here today and the service was amazing, the two nice ladies bought more in 20 minutes then I ever thought I could learn about treats, planting and watering so the roots grow correctly in the first year. Definitely getting my trees and shrubs here. Great experience!

I recently had a highly unprofessional experience with the tree farm in Longmont, and I feel compelled to share my grievances. One of my clients was charged an exorbitant amount of over $2,000 for a bur oak tree in 2020. When I questioned the size of the tree and the installation process, I was told that I could no longer shop at their store. This blatant disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the tree farm misled us about the installation process. They claimed that it would require multiple people and machinery to plant the tree, yet only three individuals with shovels showed up and completed the task within an hour. Despite this, they still charged us an additional $500 for installation. This kind of dishonesty and overcharging is simply outrageous.Furthermore, it seems that the tree farm has a history of ripping people off. I have heard numerous accounts of customers being taken advantage of by this establishment. It is disheartening to see a business prioritize profit over customer satisfaction and fair pricing. On multiple occasions, I have visited the farm only to find their plants infested with beetles and aphids. While they claim to have beetle mitigation measures in place, it is clear that they are not effective. This lack of attention to plant health and pest control reflects their overall negligence and lack of professionalism.Lastly, the tree farm's money-grabbing tactics are evident in their refusal to allow customers to take home the pots the plants come in without an additional charge of $20. It is clear that they will seize any opportunity to squeeze more money out of their customers, regardless of how unreasonable it may be.In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing this tree farm. Their unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for customer satisfaction are evident in their actions. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by seeking out a more reputable and customer-oriented establishment.

I loved the service at this location, the atmosphere and the help I was able to get. I showed up to buy some trees for my Eagle Scout Project for my troop, which is 645 and we are located in Highlands ranch. I like that people are driving around to help you get to where you need to be, and people in front to help show exactly where you need to go.

The folks at The Tree Farm are the best. Efficient, great prices, and a wonderful experience all around. And when the nice people in the golf carts drive past you as you peruse the gorgeous rows upon rows of plants and ask if you need help, tell them what you're looking for. Everyone is so knowledgeable. The first few time I went I'd say no thanks when they'd ask if I needed help. Don't be like me! Ask! Tell them your plans. They will steer you in the right direction. Today I went in thinking we wanted a certain plant. Nope, it was not a fit for the project. Tamra (from The Tree Farm) helped me and I couldn't be happier. So, even if you think you know what you want, ask and get their opinion. You're in good hands.

I have bought trees/bushes/perennials for more than twenty years. Awesome plants and service. Prices are exceptional if you shop their end of season sale.

The selection is usually very good. The key is to start looking early in the season. Prices are responsible. Outside staff are very helpful. Overall, I really like the Tree Farm and I will continue to go there for my landscape needs.

I've never purchased a tree prior to coming to The Tree Farm. I had no idea how big they get or how fast they grow or how much sun they needed or how much water they needed. I was going in blind and the lady that helped me was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful. She drove me around in a golf cart and showed me the differences and how the tree would look at full maturity. I selected a 7 foot Hoppsie Spruce Tree at the end of April 2023 and three months later that tree has literally grown almost 3 feet to 10 feet! It's honestly the most astonishing growth rate of all time. Just healthy, happy and thriving (prob thanks to the rain). I do want to say that I have underground water drainage and I think I may have planted it right on top of it, while it's good as a baby tree it may provide too much water at a later point. Just wanted to tell everyone about it. Ha.

The staff were very helpful in narrowing down the appropriate tree for our situation - HOA rules being what they are, and my allergies. The followed up with us as we explored the property and they pack our tree for transport. We have identified several more possibilities they have in stock and their website is accurate on that front. Beyond all of that... the site is lovely to really though. We will definitely return.

Huge selection of tree. They have an awesome system down where you can browse and tag trees you like. They will gather them up and then wrap and load them for you. Gave us all the materials and documentation we needed. Excellent service. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have bought about a dozen trees from this place. But I recently visited again to buy a memorial tree for a beloved family member the anti-dog policy, and the hostility to dogs means that I will never return. It is outrageous that an outdoor facility will not allow dogs. I noticed that a number of other customers have responded this way. There are too many dog, friendly garden, and tree places in Longmont Lafayette Erie, to put up with such a nasty business.

Tamra was fun and decisive and when she said she wouldn't sell anything she didn't like, I believed her. She's not stingy with sharing her knowledge. She was describing how to water a tree and I stopped her and said, "are you going to email me because I won't remember all this?" She gave me a look that said, "catch up," and reviewed her instructions. She was right. She was giving me what I needed and the only intelligence required was that I be smart enough to take what she was offering.
