I filled up the gas tank to F and dropped it off. However, they lied or syphened out the gas and charged me for it and as we know they overcharge for gas so I paid 3x the amount for the gas used along with the mileage. I tried to reach out about it and never heard back. Not good customer service. I would not go back to this location.

Very quick and easy to rent a U-Haul, we needed one asap and this U-haul location was able to provide that quickly. We did not spend more than 20 minutes in their shop waiting for a truck. We loved using them for our move. They had great prices as well. Highly recommend them.

came in needing a massive box for a troublesome return and the manager helped us get our split box out of the car and repackaged!! super nice dude totally went above and beyond to help us ♡

The 2 uhaul locations that were close by Dacono is where we wanted to rent from to save mileage. Unfortunately, one is closed on Sunday and the other said it was open on the website, but it was posted on their door that they were closed on Sundays for new winter hours. So at the last minute we called this one and it was open and the gas station next to it was only $2.57 a gallon. Took it as a sign from God. People were great, truck was clean and we appreciate the last minute accommodation to our needs!

So helpful and kind. Great customer service! Aiden went above and beyond. What a nice, refreshing experience! Even though I accidentally added a good 20 to 30 miles to my trip to help my friend move going out of my way here, it was well worth it and I will return for my next uhaul need☺️

So far so good. Aiden definitely made me feel like a valued customer as he worked with me to make sure my needs were heard and met to the best of his ability. I was concerned with the fact that this location has a handful of poor reviews, but their service has shined for me so far. Will update if anything goes awry, but I’m not anticipating it.
