I took my Xbox there 2 weeks ago and they have not done it. They have just kept holding it back. I call them every day but they have not started working on it. I wish I never have to go there again.

I went to this place for Apple repair and was quickly turned down by the associate, stating that they no longer work on Apple products. I found that interesting because I was directed to them by the Apple store in Boulder. Just like other reviews have stated I would avoid this place and the employees seemed sketchy looking.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was very disappointed with this service. I understand they offer free diagnostic services, but honestly, I would rather pay someone to do a quality job for me. We dropped off a PS4 that was having issues. They said the tech guy was out for 2 days & would get on it as soon as he returns. However, after a week+ of waiting and no updates, we called and we're put off on two other occasions. Finally, we were told by someone that the PS4 was irreparable and they were unable to help me get it fixed. They couldn't even tell me what was wrong with it. So, I took it to a friend that works for IBM, and he said the unit had never even been opened or dusted out(which is #1 when repairing electronics) & it appeared my PS4 was never even touched. My friend diagnosed a power supply issue and he is going to repair the console for the cost of the $65 parts. This place wasted my time & gas money. What a shame, because I was in process of registering all my electronics with them for future servicing when this instance changed my mind completely.

Chad went above and beyond to get me taken care of after a rough experience at another location. I have to drive hours from out of state and he assured me he would get the job done, correctly. He was able to repair my Pixel phone in a fraction of the time I was expecting it to take.

Terrible communication. Do not bring your nintendo switch here for repair. They will tell you it takes 3-5 days to fix. Almost 3 weeks later you will get it back unrepairable. They also will text you to say it's ready and when you go in say they forget it in Boulder and to come back on Monday only to do the same thing. Then when you express frustration over the phone they will laugh in the background. Do not waste your time.

Get your phone fixed elsewhere without the dose of homophobia and microaggressions. They literally ignored a customer waiting in the store, hid in the back, pretended to be so busy, and jumped to help the next 'regular' person that walked in and helped them first. Unbelievable.

I HAD to leave this review. If I could leave a negative 100, I would. I brought my iphone in for a camera replacement, spent $200. They damaged my phone during repair and now my phone won't stay on - so it's useless. They said they now had to repair the motherboard because it was damaged accidentally during the camera repair. They said it would take 4 days or more to try and fix it and the repair might not work. I told them this didn't work for me for a list of reasons and they said they would give me a replacement - okay I thought, I'd still have to come back but at least I'd have a working phone AND soon. I left the store with a loaner pixel (after a $50 deposit) that can only make outgoing calls and my broken phone. Once I got home, they emailed me to say the actually couldn't replace my phone but would try and fix it but would NOT be able to prioritize the timing of the repair. So, I'm out $250 at this point and still don't have a working phone and no guarantee on when my phone will be repaired which they don't even have anymore because they promised me a replacement, so now I have to go back again to give them my phone back?! What nightmare + I spent 2 hours at the store as they tried to sort out what happened and and find a solution. I hate this place. Don't go there!!

A scammers paradise, do not go. They claim they have some kind of deal with Samsung that they must replace every single broken part of a phone to even touch it - this is not true. It is a misleading lie so they can penny and dime you. I went in asking for a battery change, something their website claims they offer. He then told me it was company policy that they replace the front and back screen before even touching the battery, saying they would charge me $300. He then lied saying it was “samsung policy and they’d charge us $250,000 for not fixing the screen” which is just a blatant lie - you can go to a repair shop down the road and they’ll replace your battery just fine, which is what I did. This is a scam that will try to steal money from you. Avoid at all costs, or it’ll cost you

Very disapointing, I dropped my laptop off and received great service from a man who promised me he would call me tommorow letting me know what is wrong with it and an estimate. 3 days later I am still waiting so I call again. The guy said it it could be 3 things wrong with it, the charger, the port of the battery so we are going to decline your repair, you can get one on ebay! What a joke, the battery was new so that is not one of the 3 issues The charger can be bought if thats the issue, and if its something wrong with it fix, not tell me to go to ebay. Worse still wasted 3 days while they cant be bothered to call you back, stay away from this place. You broke it, go to ebay to get another one it should be called!

Isaaac is the first man who hasn’t disappointed me in such a long time.My cracked screen was fixed with in 30 minutes of dropping my phone off. Price was competitive & I could not be more satisfied with the service and promptness of my experience

I walked in about a half hour before closing because my screen had broken and my phone was unusable. I expected to get turned away and told to come back but I spoke with Chad and he assured me he'd have it done in about 15 minutes. I walked out of there at 7:05 with my screen fixed. Chad is friendly, quick and understands how important his job is to get people's phones up and running so they can exist again in the 21st century. Thank you Chad so much for not turning me away and fixing me up.

I didn't have a great experience here, this is a multi-part story regarding a phone warranty repair. When I went in the first time, they didn't have the part that was needed. But he told me he would order it and when to come back. **This is not part of my negative review, just an FYI to call first.**When I went there the second time, they did have the part, yay! And they gave me an expectation for when to pick it up and that I would get a text (lol) when it was finished.Since I didn't have my phone on me, my husband called a little after 6pm to see if it would be done by closing. He was told it would be finished in 15 minutes. I drove down there to pick up, and arrived a little bit before closing. It was at this point I was told they only just contacted Google a few minutes prior for approval on the warranty repair and hadn't gotten a response yet so they wouldn't release my phone. He let me wait for some time after closing to see if there would be a reply from Google, but no luck. It's not the employee's fault the approval didn't come through, however if we had not been told "15 minutes" I wouldn't have driven all the way there. Plus, if you need approval on a warranty repair, should that not be done in the several hours they had my phone? I'm confused why they waited until the repair was complete to contact Google. So we came back the next day for pickup. Glad to have my phone back, however the piece they replaced is flawed. When my husband pointed this out to the lady at the front desk, she ignored him.So now we will be reaching out to Google again to see what we need to do next. This involved the glass over my rear camera.

Don't even go here. Never. They kept my computer over two weeks and could never get a battery because UPS delivered at 9 am and they didn't open until 10 am. Worst managed store of any kind in Longmont. Never.

Do yourself a favor, don't bring your phone here.. unless you like being lied to by young "bros" who take your phone in the back and watch YouTube videos on how to fix it.. it's no wonder this location is actually in the negative and not profitable. Don't be tricked by these "people"
