EDIT: UC Health’s response to my review goes to show they still don’t understand the issue here. I’m not confused about what was billed. It’s very clear to me that the doctor billed for both a preventative visit as well as a regular office visit. In plain terms, the Dr did NOT perform any services, or exam, related to the preventative visit that was scheduled but still billed my insurance for it.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I really used to like this facility and in particular Dr. Hsu. However, in recent months, it’s been very difficult dealing with this location in terms of getting an appointment, especially via the app, and the care I’ve received has been frustrating. Most recently, I scheduled a preventative visit in which I saw the doctor for less than 10 minutes. During that 10 minutes, Dr. Hsu focused only on one particular historical health issue and did not ask me any questions related to my general health. Furthermore, no exam was conducted during my visit that would normally be done during a physical.I later received a bill showing the Dr had charged for both a preventative visit as well as a general office visit. I tried to contest this with UC Health but was told that I had received a letter outlining what was part of an annual check up and what wasn’t. I don’t recall any letter and have no record of it. Furthermore, it was the Dr who focused on the one issue and who failed to perform any sort of exam or guide me on the fact that the one topic she CHOSE to discuss was outside a preventative visit. So now, I didn’t actually receive a preventative check up but can’t schedule another one since my health insurance only allows one per year, and I have an unexpected bill because the Dr chose to discuss something specific to my health.Isn’t it fraud to bill insurance for something that wasn’t done? This whole thing feels very sketchy to me and I’m no longer comfortable being seen in this facility when practices like this go unchecked.

Well the hole thing only took like 40 minutes!!! I was in and out, tetanus shot, wound bandaged, and a script for antibiotics. Initially, I had asked for the prescription to be sent over to my usual pharmacy that is inside of a clinic. Not thinking that the clinic was already closed and would not open till Monday. When I realize this, I called UC health and ask them to transfer the prescription to the Safeway right down the street from my house may be a four minute drive. They transferred it and the Safeway already was working on filling it when I got back to the pharmacy maybe five minutes from the phone call. Got my script and got on with my weekend. Super fast, super friendly, super knowledgeable, super efficient.

If you need to establish care I encourage you to look elsewhere. I called in September to schedule an appointment for new patient and they scheduled me until Nov 25th, ok its fine I was willing to wait. Then I receive a call yesterday that the Dr will not be in Nov 25th and I need to reschedule. So he decides to just cancel his appointments and take off when there is people that had to wait two months to get in. The next available appointment is not until February 6th, 2023. This is incredible, I asked if he was the only Dr and they he is the only Dr taking patients, how is this possible? They should have more staff to meet the needs of the community. I for sure will not be a patient of this facility. Ridiculous wait times.

The other negative reviews are true. I went in a couple weeks ago to urgent care. Waited for about an hour with an appointment when the Dr came in for less than 5 minutes. It all felt very rushed and unsanitary as the Dr didn’t even take the time to put on gloves before touching my infected ear. I tried to ask questions and she seemed very bothered and like she needed to be somewhere else. Will not be back.

Not a good experience, Appointment lasted less than 15 minutes and none of my concerns were really even listened to, seemed to be in an exreme hurry to move along and send me on my way without fully listening to my concerns of the many health issues I am experiencing. I'm going to seek out a new facility not associated with UCHealth. They are very eager to run up the insurance bills but not get to a final resolution to my health issues.

the little indian looking receptionist here is rude as hell. she should find a new career if she's gonna be rude. disrespectful, had an attitude problem, gives off horrible energy. probably gonna have to do an egg cleanse after being in the same room as her. i don't want to be carrying her s*** energy around. not only that, she talks mad s*** about patients right in front of them, get a life.

Informative, interactive, very well coordinated, respectful and helpful. Healthcare just does not get better than this. Dr. Nouhan is warm, instructive, selfless, caring..just plain outstanding! I am grateful to be one of his patients.

Do not use Dr Andrew Xu. Worst physician I’ve ever encountered. Unprofessional, unethical, simply an awful doctor who has no idea what he is doing. Simply wants you to come in every month so he can get paid and doesn’t listen to a word you say. Read his notes he is not even paying attention. Doesn’t know how to write scripts or turn things into insurance. After 4 months of asking him to turn things into insurance it seems it’s too challenging for him and told me to get lost and find another physician leaving me without meds I need I’ve taken for 15 years.(not narcotics) also he writes scripts incorrectly and is clueless on how many days are even in a month. This man should not be in medicine! Every month he will be late on getting you a refill even if you saw him a day before.

Honestly, most welcoming front desk staff I’ve been around in a long time. Sarah the physician was also amazing and made me feel comfortable. I’ll be back and what a breath of fresh air. Thank you!
