Amazon lists this location as a dropoff location for returns. However a sign on the door and attendant says they will not accept Amazon QR codes. Waste of time!

Doesn't accept Amazon returns when Amazon directs you to drop off at this location. Workers are rude and not interested in doing their job. Don't even attempt coming here, waste of time.

They don't accept Amazon returns even though it's listed as a place you can return them when processing the return.

This store does not know what they are doing. Only bring your packages here if you want them to get lost. I will drive 15 minutes the other way to avoid this store everytime.

Your store is not interested in supporting Amazon returns. QR codes have not been taken in months. I believe you need to contact Amazon and let them know of your ongoing problem or truly disinterest in serving your customers. I think Amazon would help solve this issue or drop your store from their system. I expect better from UPS and I (hopefully) know you expect better than this poor service/lack of service.

Skip the trip to this UPS and head to the one in South Longmont. I live closer to this store so always give it a shot when shipping things and am constantly trying to make it work but they’re always out of basic shipping materials that I’ve needed and do not accept Amazon returns. The people are nice here, but the South Longmont UPS store is leagues better.

A generally unorganized and messy situation. Staff is nice, but management is lacking. I go to the Ken Pratt location now.

female indian attendant told me i could not scan a document after they printed one out for me after i signed it to turn around and send it to my email… she said they do not provide that service….HEADED TO KINKOS!
