Lobby is closed 90% of the days, and the ATM outside is inaccessible after hours due to their broken card entry system. Get it together Longmont US Banks! Basically the same issue at the other branch on Coffman, in which their ATM isn't available outside of working hours.

Customer service was really bad at this specific bank. Especially the ladys who speak both Spanish and English. They have a job at the bank to help people but they always try to do the complete opposite, I called because the women who helped me with my cash made an error and while I was calling she was trying to switch up my story and she said she saw everything that happened when in reality she only said that to get the call over with. She then proceeded to say she was too busy for the call and hung up on me. And then she told the manager she never hung up on me and she said someone would call me back. Honestly I recommend they get some nice people working there and the experience would be so much better.

All of my experiences with US Bank have been positive. There have been a few times that the wait felt a little long, but that's the case at most banks. I used to bank with Wells Fargo . . . not so positive.

Don’t open an account with US Bank! I have used other banks and none was as horrible at customer service as US Bank. They continually disregard my transfer each month so they can charge me overdraft protection. They offered $100 to open the account, but they never actually gave it to me.

I would never do business with a bank that isn't open on Saturday. Who are you catering to? You may have to pay more to get people to work for you. Cheap basturds

I'd go zero stars if possible. Its no wonder why US Bank branches keep closing. The customer service is awful. Waited 5 minutes in the drive thru and two other vehicles got through before anyone even spoke to me. The hunt for a new bank begins today.

I have been a customer of this bank since before it was US Bank-Colorado National and between Covid and now the snow this past weekend, the journey to mediocrity has been completed. Closed branches, not enough employees, now just decided to not open at all today is extremely disappointing. Have threatened to leave this bank for years of sub par service and I feel I have no choice after this.

I don't recommend this particular branch. They removed money from our account (to correct an error made by their teller) and didn't feel the need to notify us before they did it or tell us why they did it. We had to call around and find another branch that was willing to help us find out why they took almost $2,000 from us.

What a nightmare, tried to have a friend deposit a check for me,the atm took the check, when we called on Saturday they didn't know what to say and gave me a wrong number! Eleven days later still no check, managers don't return calls, and tellers have no information? No customer service, check for 4400$ vanishes with out a call back? Time to reinvent the wheel us bank, management is in shambles!!

I needed to wire money for a refi, they couldn't until the next day. Then they "forgot" to send which is causing great issues with my refi and now i may have to start over. Pathetic, POOR SERVICE!!! Find another bank, seriously

teller girl with dark shoulder length hair at this drive up location needs to get a job that doesn't involve customer interaction, her demeanor towards customers needs is more than lacking. She is never polite, I have put up with her attitude, but today, nope, not today. I brought it to her attention, and as expected, she said "i'm not going to help you, if you continue" "you can go to the other bank on 4th and Coffman". So I guess she thinks that we have to put up with her attitude, but she doesn't have to put up with our attitude after she's the one who creates it. Funny! This is the type of person representing US Bank, such a shame. Keep up the good work US Bank!

I do not do my own banking with US Bank, but my employer does and I sometimes need to get the store small bills and rolls of coins. First of all, US Bank is not open on Saturdays anymore, so that's rediculous in and of itself, but the service at this particular location is the worst. It might as well just be an ATM, for all the good the tellers do. I've pretty much stopped going here and go only to the main branch because this "convenience" location is anything but. On multiple occasions I've been told they don't have enough cash on hand to complete my transaction. And it's not like I am asking for thousands of dollars. We're talking about maybe $100-$150 worth of rolled coins and small bills. Utterly rediculous and useless. And the employees have seriously bad attitudes here.

Have only had positive experiences here.
