I would never do business with a bank that isn't open on Saturday. Who are you catering to? You may have to pay more to get people to work for you. Cheap basturds

I don't recommend this particular branch. They removed money from our account (to correct an error made by their teller) and didn't feel the need to notify us before they did it or tell us why they did it. We had to call around and find another branch that was willing to help us find out why they took almost $2,000 from us.

Not a very friendly bank, not interested in customer service. I tried to wire some money to a new brokerage account that I was opening. They charged me $20 to receive the money from one of my other investment accounts. Then I filled out a wire request but the manager of that branch was not there to approve it so they sent it to another branch. That branch manager called me to check the account number. I told him to change the account number to the equities account and not the futures account. He changed the account number for the brokerage not for the account in the brokerage. The receiving bank rejected it but nobody told me. I had to call and get the wire figured out again. They wired it again. So the fees: $20 for the deposit, $30 for the first wire, $30 for the rejection and finally $30 for the correct wire. So I am out $110 for wire fees. I tried to get the Branch manger to waive some of the fees but he stands by the fact that it was my mistake. I am going to find another bank but it will take me a while; I have 4 accounts at this bank, I will write a letter to the Commissioner of banking for Colorado, I will submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, Yelp possibly and finally various social media. Please spread the word; US Bank is not very customer friendly. I would have been satisfied if they had absorbed some of it, but no..they are right and I am wrong. So be it. I vote with my money! By the way, I have been a customer for over 20 years.
