Problems delivering packages. Staff quotes rules that don't exist on any public facing documents, just a lot of excuses to get you to come in person and pick up. Never had so many issues with any other post office before.

I have lived in longmont my whole life and of course I have had my issues with the post office as we all do, same as a grocery store and so on. I have always been treated kindly and with respect regardless of the day or hassles or even who was before me. One person who has helped me several times is Rodrigo. He has given great service, displayed excelent customer service skills, and even cracked a joke while at it. Plenty of other people have left the same impression as well. Overall I thank these people for doing a service that is needed and I am sure takes several overtime hours a week to do. They are all excelent and always try their best.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! This is the most useless USPS location I have ever seen. DO NOT BELIEVE INFORMATION AVAILABLE ONLINE! even from official USPS websites. This branch does whatever they want and will not hesitate to waste your time. walk in times for passports or for fingerprints are not available. It does not exist here. They will not answer the phone either. whatever you are doing or need to do, save yourself time by going to a different location even if it's further. you will accomplish what you want faster in the end.
This location will make you reconsider your faith in humanity

Second time in a row that they didn't actually deliver a package. Both times the delivery driver was too lazy to cary it to our door. The customer service people in house are super nice though, but their service pointless if I have to drive every time to their building for my package. One star to the drivers, gold standard to the front desk people.

Outside of my complaint, please compliment Justin. And the dude with the green hair who works up front. They’re incredible and don’t deserve to be apart of my bad review.
I came to the post office today to pick up a package. FedEx delivered it to the USPS and it showed it was at this location. Well, they couldn’t find it. After a bit of time, they got a superior (Victor 40 yo male) to come out and talk to me and he said “they haven’t delivered it yet.” When I replied and told him that this has happened before, that my packages will show up 2-3 days later in my PO Box despite that it’s at the facility, he replied, “if this has happened before then why do you even use the post office? No one is making you send email here.” He kept deflecting my complaints and was very rude and talked down to me.
If management at the post office is THIS miserable that they have to belittle postal customers when they talk to them, then they need to quit and find another job.

This is the worst PO I have ever dealt with in any state. The incompetence and laziness from some of the carriers astounds me.

They do the absolute best that they can to serve you. The workers at this location are kind and efficient. They keep the line moving and are very knowledgeable. Appreciate them greatly.

Several times now No attempt has been made to deliver packages and just a notice left in mail box even when home and/or waiting for package. Especially with signature required, first attempt. Good weather.

The gentleman who helped us with our passports was so kind and made our experience warm, friendly, and painless. Grateful for him! FYI there is a sign that says that you need a copy of the front and back of your ID and birth certificate so if you're going to get your passport don't forget to copy the back too just in case.
