Chris Davis from the beginning was AMAZING!! From the start of bringing my car in for a diagnostic to finishing all the work that needed done. He even found another issue and solved it no problem!! The bestest customer service I've received in awhile from any place!! Will definitely be brining my forester back!

I had the best experience coming to this Subaru for my service! The gentleman that helped me is Ellison Rivera.I had a nail on my tire and I needed a service. This gentleman not only was quick and acknowledge my issue, but to go above and beyond on his service. Gave me a discount since I was just at the shop a month ago as well. He added the rotation for my tires and gave me a wash for my car. Everything was done within the next day. Offered me a rental since I had warranty in hand. Thanks again for the kindness and make my life easier and being thoughtful! With his passionate customer service and professional skills! Shout out to him!!

Prompt and inexpensive! They got my car running and diagnosed it in no time at all! Ellison was an excellent service writer, but they were all friendly and helpful with my issues! Cant recommend them enough

Good dealer, they have been servicing my last 5 cars since 2006, good crew, friendly and helpful.Update 9-18-23Was able to get in for a service appointment for an inspection, and tire rotation and balance, have a cross country trip planned and they were able toGive me the info I needed to be confident of the long drive being no issue.Along with recommendations on several things to keep on the list to be replaced in the next oil change interval.Thanks for the quick turn around today ?

Recently had an oil change, differential & transmission services done by Valley Subaru. It was a smooth and pleasant experience. I've taken my Subaru to five dealerships across three states since I've owned it and Valley is on par with the best experiences I've had.

DON'T USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! Yikes - bought this car from this dealership in 2015 and have maintained the car really well for the past 8 years and recently took my car into their service department for a wheel barring issue. They fixed the wheel barring issue but also told me that I had a small leak with my cam carrier under the car in a place where I "wouldn't be able to see the oil leaking yet". I was slapped with a 3100 potential bill to get this cam carrier fixed. I had my dad come in with me to pick up the car and when we started asking questions about the issue with the service tech (Jared) we were given vague answers that didn't make sense and were told "This just happens - Subarus weren't made to be driven in climates/altitudes like Colorado". After getting really no insight into the cam carrier issue I wanted to get a second opinion since this is a HUGE bill to cover. Took my car to the Subaru dealership in Loveland and turns out there is NO LEAK. The service tech at Loveland let me know that they couldn't find even a small leak on the car (he did mention that cam carrier fixes were an issue with Surbaru though) and that part of the car looked perfectly fine to him. I mentioned what the service tech at Longmont said and he said they were probably just trying to take advantage of us and add to their service revenue for the month. I am extremely disappointed at the Valley Longmont Subaru service department for preying on their clients, it is especially unfortunate that I purchased my vehicle brand new from this same dealership. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. Drive the extra 30 mins to Loveland and have HONEST people look at your car instead - super disappointed and will be sharing my experience with all my family/friends who drive Subarus up here.

Valley Subaru helped to get us on the road to our family vacation! It was a Saturday and we had the car all packed for vacation and the family loaded. When I went to start the car ...silence . We tried jumping the car but it still did not turnover. AAA said they would be a minimum of 90 minutes before coming and it was already later than we wanted to leave. I didn't know what we were going to do and I was about to lose my mind! Valley Subaru to the rescue!! Devon was a Saint and sent someone over to our rurally located house to help us. Within five minutes of his arrival, and a new battery, my car was as good as new. I'm thankful that they were willing to go above and beyond for my family. They have helped restore my faith in humanity. I bought our car from them in 2018, and have received excellent service since then. I trust them and am so grateful for their team!

After 20+ years of serving done on 4 Subies; it's hard to come up with new superlatives to describe the service department and the mechanics who have been all over my cars. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the only way I can describe my feelings for this company. Whether I purchased the car with them, or brought in a used model, they made everything right. Roger the service manager has been with the company, was a service writer when I brought my first one in; has built a great service team and all of them are great listeners and interested in great service. Thanks to Roger, Jared, and Chris and all the staff.

I was looking for a specific style of a used Subaru. I drove up to Valley Subaru from Centennial. MJ was a great sales representative and the car was better than advertised. Two hours from start to finish and I drove out with my "new" car and feeling really good about the experience!MJ called today to check in and make sure everything was as it should be. This is the way it should be!

I had my Forester in for a 60,000 mile maintenance last Thursday and forgot to ask about a very slow leak in my right front tire. The low pressure alarm has come on twice since last October. I paid for a tire rotation and the tire pressure was marked as okay on the inspection report. I was a bit surprised the next day to have the tire pressure alarm come on while I was driving down I-25 in the snow. I pulled off the road at a gas station to check tire pressure and was not pleased to find the right front tire was at 22#. This means the tires were not rotated and the pressure check marked as okay obviously did not happen. I spoke with the service manager and he was very professional and apologetic about my service. He credited back more than the cost on the rotation which was appreciated. I asked him how I can trust that the other $800 of service actually occurred and he offered to redo everything that was (or was not) done. At this point I am pretty certain I can't trust the service department to perform work on my car and will start over with our regular mechanic.
