I took my car in for a oil change and they stripped my drain plug then didn't say anything about it and told me that my oil pan was bad. They a punch of crooks. If anyone wants great service go "Take five oil" they treat there customers right. Valvoline are trash!!!!!

Nicholas and Ashley (manager) were my techs and made the process super easy. He explained everything he was doing and why and overall made it a great experience, especially for just a simple oil change. My company had me go here but I'll have no problem bringing in my personal vehicles

Not local to Longmont but needed an oil change and randomly rolled into this place. If I was local I’d always go here. I stayed in my car on a web meeting and got great service quality clean and easy.

Had a very normal, read good, trip to get my oil change. They offered many services but did not push them. They do not match coupons which kind of sucks as I had a great Jiffy coupon in my email but didn't realize til they were halfway done.This was super fast and I'll be back!

"Update: After eight long years of loyalty, it is with profound disappointment that I must declare this establishment's shocking tolerance for harassment, discrimination, and sexual assault/future harassment against its employees. It has regrettably transformed into a profoundly unsuitable destination for vehicle servicing, customer satisfaction, and a safe work environment for women. Favoritism runs rampant, and sexual assault and harassment often go ignored when it comes to certain employees.What exacerbates this situation is that after having reported these issues to the higher-ups and HR multiple times, particularly highlighting the unacceptable behavior of the Area Manager and a fellow female Store Manager, I reached out to the CEO. To my dismay, instead of addressing the concerns, the CEO visited me, and both the Area Manager and he went so far as to request and guilt me into "recanting" my original statements, solely to protect the AM's job. This only added to the distressing situation.Soon, it seemed to become the norm to condone discrimination, humiliation, intimidation, demeaning, belittling, narcissistic behavior such as bullying, and job sabotage against those who spoke up.As no action is taken against this uncalled and unfair behavior, you find yourself forced to submit a 4 to 6-page resignation letter to everyone higher up, all the way to the owner of the business, explaining that you must resign because the workplace has become too hostile to stay. You gather your belongings, say "I quit," and leave. But then, 2 days later, fearing potential accusations, they try to cover themselves by claiming they fired you for whatever lie they concoct.In the end, it feels like a web of sneaky, deceptive people who don't want to be sued, and the Area Manager, a narcissistic, discriminating, selfish, hateful person who would go to any lengths, even betraying his own best friend, to get his girlfriend into her store.Unless you are an advocate for the abhorrent conduct of harassment and sexual assault, I implore you to steer clear. Take heed: the individuals responsible for this appalling atmosphere are Harold Jackson and Cody Wurl. Furthermore, HR Sarah and CEO Chad Lundeen must also be held accountable for fostering such a toxic workplace culture

Did not have a good experience. Just a bunch of kids yanking at my engine cover. Which is connected to my air filter box. They never checked my air filter. They said " it would take to long". Then said they could change my rear wiper blade. After yanking an twisting on it. They said " oh we have the wrong one" they just couldn't get mine off. An when they finished my oil change. I drove to costco an heard a bunch of rattling in the engine bay. I pull over an they never even put my engine cover back in! Just a bunch of kids with no training. Will not go back to this Valvoline
