This review isn't so much about this store as it is about Verizon in general. First of all, the prices are too high for 3 people with 2 new ish phones and one old pre-owned phone. I am not sure if google will allow me to tell you prices, but lets just say I am paying 70 less at ATT for new phones and seemingly better coverage which was a nice surprise.
Here is my problem: when I transferred over to ATT, my last bill was over 1000 because it was paying off the old phones we had. Not a problem because ATT paid it off for me. But while I was waiting for those gift cards to show up, I needed to have my verizon bill pushed back so I could get the gifts cards and pay off the bill. BUT verizon could not look at my account or change any dates without a PIN number WHICH I DO NOT HAVE. I swear to god I never made one, I swear I was given the option and chose not to. Maybe I am wrong, but the point is I did not have it and guess what: they can't change your pin without the old pin and it didn't matter that I had my driver's license or my account number or anything, they couldn't do anything without the original pin number which is STUPID. So my bill got sent to debt collections because Verizon has a terrible system AND while this whole process was going on, I talked to 6 different employees on the phone who all told me different things, until finally the 7th person confirmed that they can't do anything to my account without the pin number (I even had one employee tell me that they made a note in my account to let them know that I will pay soon so not send my account to debt collections and the 7th person I talked to said that is not a thing she is not sure why I was told that was possible). They said that the only thing that could possibly be done was going into a corporate Verizon store with my ID and have them change my pin and I went to 2 different corporate stores (including this store or the other one on hover I can't remember which one is the corporate one) and they both said no that is not a thing. Soo clearly their employees are not trained well if I had to go through 7 people and 2 stores to get a straight answer about whether or not they could change my pin. And once again, the answer was no, and my account was sent off to debt collections even though I was getting the gift cards in 6 weeks. So never going back ever again just wow LOL

I was there almost 6 hours returning a iPhone. If you value your time I wouldn't bother going to this place. Both on purchase (took 3 hours) and the return was a nightmare. I literally went and hooked my old phone back up at Cricket (took 8 minutes) and will NEVER use Verizon again.

Not a trustworthy experience. Proceed with caution.
I visited this location to upgrade four phone lines after being told the devices were free and the monthly bill would remain unchanged. The salesman also said watches and iPads for everyone on the plan were also all free and the bill would remain the same, until we go to ring them up and that was completely false. Each would have added an exponentially higher monthly fee.
We ended up spending over five hours in the store, during which the staff repeatedly called Verizon corporate, claiming they were “figuring something out” — only to come back each time with more confusion and no clear answers.
It became painfully obvious that the employee helping us was not properly trained and didn’t understand the systems he was using. Instead of owning the confusion, he continually shifted blame to Verizon corporate, even when it was clear the issue stemmed from a lack of knowledge at the store level.
When checking out, Armen aggressively tried selling us additional products. The most expensive chargers, phone cases, screen protectors, etc. When we said no he said “you can afford an iPhone but can’t afford these few items?”, which by the way would have ended up netting to well over $500 if we decided to listen to his advice in purchasing the unnecessary items. By that point we had been there for 4 hours and just wanted to finish our transaction for our new phones and leave. Unfortunately it would have been a better decision to just cancel everything and walk out.
To make matters worse, this is not a Verizon corporate store, but a third-party reseller. When the bill arrived — over $200 more per month than what Armen quoted — we contacted Verizon directly and was told they could not help because this store operates independently. We are still paying this high price even after we were told our monthly bill would remain the same.
This experience was incredibly frustrating and left me with a significantly higher bill and no support. I strongly urge anyone considering this location to find a verified corporate store instead, where there is real accountability and trained professionals handling your account.
