We had an amazing experience at Verizon all thanks to Sam! He helped us set up a new plan and made the entire process seamless. Sam was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable, walking us through all the details to ensure we got the best deal for our needs. His customer service was top notch and he made what could have been a confusing process feel simple and stress free. If you are considering Verizon, definitely visit this location and ask for Sam. He is the best!

I lost the survey link, but I must say Harrison killed it. Dude knows his stuff and was extremely helpful in upgrading my phone. He surpassed my expectations. Give him a raise he deserves it. Merry Christmas Harrison!

Although I absolutely hate posting negative reviews, this one deserves it. I've been a Verizon customer for 20+ years, brought my wife over from AT&T, paid them many dollars per month for service, and upgraded every phone often. Today, I stopped by my local Longmont store to have them install a replacement screen protector (have a second one from when I purchased the phone from them new to the tune of $1100). The gentleman that greeted me had me wait while he spoke to the store manager in the back (whom never took a moment to even greet me). He came back to tell me he could do it for $30. After some back and forth, I left, while 5 employees were standing around doing nothing. I went across the parking lot to the T-Mobile store. The gentleman there was glad to help, and now I'm writing this review through a beautiful new screen protector, properly installed for $0, all in a days work. It's unbelievable how customer service for the best customers is all but gone at Verizon. I'll be shopping for a new cell company very soon. Especially after reading similar experiences from other previously valued customers.

No one at this location even bothered acknowledging me in the store for over thirty minutes. Technical expertise is probably fine, but this location needs a crash course in customer service.

I had a very positive experience at the Verizon store at Twin Peaks Mall. Rene was very helpful, service to transfer my data to my new phone was faster than I thought it would be and he answered all my questions.

Can’t say enough good things about Harrison and Renee! I know they work on commission and I was definitely a loser not a buyer, just having issues porting my phone. After setting on hold with Verizon at star 611 for over two hours, I gave up and went to their store. They went the extra mile and got me hooked up. I will be back when I need a new iPad!!!

Steven Camacho was the best sales rep I’ve ever worked with! He was so respectful, kind and considerate. He listened to all my questions. When my credit app declined he didn’t just send me away tell me to wait he called in to get it taken care of. We found out your credit is also ran on off your address lol 😂 so when very you need anything and a good sales rep go see the light skin fellow at Verizon 🙏💯

Do not go to this store, they have very deceptive sales tactics. I have no problem with up-selling techniques but they are downright deceptive. I avoid bad reviews in case I might be biased or misinterpret an event, but this store is only interested in padding the phone charges and will be manipulative in getting you to approve a purchase. I try to trust people but this store proved me wrong. Check your bills and charges when you get home.
Avoid this store if at all possible.

I believe it was the manager my mother and I were speaking to (Short Mexican man). Absolutely the rudest person I have come across. Terrible attitude and after reading these reviews I am very thankful that I decided to take my business and money elsewhere. He needs to be fired.

this verizon, is a scam they have zero experience. they took my phone over a month ago and wont send my phone off and are making me pay 1800 when i was promised they would ship it off and trade it in for me, never did. i have called and called for the past week and no one will pick up. this last call they answered and hung up on me. my dad went into the store and they have lost my phone have no records of it ever in the office in the back.
