I was in on Monday. NEEKO, helped me upgrade, picked phone cases and accessories for me. He was thorough in explaining prices. He went to bat for me and called customer support from his own phone to get an ongoing internal Verizon error corrected. He was patient. Applied screen protectors. They look great!You all need more Neeko’s! He’s the reason I’ll be back to this location. His customer service restored any doubts I previously had.Give him a raise!Thank you!

As a business customer, I could not be more displeased with Verizon and the twin peaks location. We really dont ask for much, and we are not a difficult customer, but we have had 2 business managers ghost us. I asked for some help in migrating 2 phone lines from other verizon accounts to our business account and was told "sure, no problem, I'll get right on that" for 2 weeks. then was just flat out ghosted...

I don’t understand why I can’t turn my phone in at the other store where there’s no line? Maybe this would eliminate some of the line? Close the other store and have more employees on at the main store?Why open another branch if it’s not capable of completing all the same tasks?

I came in to see if I could get my camera lenses screen protector replaced, and the manager Thomas was just amazing. I brought my three month old, and as he got fussy Thomas talked to him and distracted him and then quickly replaced my screen protectors on the spot for me. I appreciate the amazing customer service so much, the whole experience was quick and easy. 6/5!

I went into the store around 10 am on a Thursday and was told there was and hour and half wait even to ask a question. If you are already a Verizon customer, look on-line and use the chat feature. I just ordered phone upgrades without any issues. Don't bother with the store if at all possible.

I lost my phone three days ago, accepting that it was gone and wanting to be done with it anyway because it was cracked and the battery was feeble and it was Time. I drove right to Verizon off Hover and, after a little wait, told the guy who helped me that "I'd like to solve this problem in the next 15 minutes." The man heard me, and the man kept it short. He was beautiful. In 15 minutes I had a new phone and was out the door. But! I went back the next day with a problem and they looked at it then and there, took it in the back and brought it back out working perfectly. Again, I was in and out of the store in less than probably 5 minutes. The employees here probably have to put up with a lot, but this kind of customer service should be emulated world wide.

Thomas the manager gave great service and was fun to talk to. The store was a little busy so there were some long waits, it needs more staff.

Why would you do this to me!! Verizon sold me a new iPhone that doesn't operate, you told me the replacement would arrive in a few days, that you would call me. That was about 2 weeks ago, and there is no phone number to contact you, just an automated 1800 number, it wants me to click a link to verify, but without a working phone in my hand I can't do that. I'm in a mountain town, running 2 businesses, with no reliable phone or wifi to the phone. So now I have to close my business to drive several hours there and back to Longmont to see if the phone is in. Let me tell you, I know when I'm about to lose my composure, I'm there, I need a phone, not lies. If I get there and get the same run around as last time, I will come 100% unhinged, I've been left in a dangerous position, in the mountains with no proper phone. If I have to take your phone out of your hand to get a working phone, that's where we're at. Not only was this defective phone around 1,300.00, but I'm pretty sure we pay many thousands a year for our business plan, and can't even get a working phone. Please post a phone number for your location, not hide behind a 1800 number with no human, or even better, do what you say so people don't need to call you.

No real phone number. A bot answers. Purchased a mobile hot spot & the salesman didn’t set it up. After an hour on the phone with Tec support they told me the store was supposed to give me the security code to be able to hook up this device. Don’t go to this store or any Verizon store in Longmont Co for that matter

This was not a good experience, just actually try and call the store there is no phone line to the store just a Verizon chat bot, and its a place that sells phones... I ended up spending a lot of money and had very poor service setting up my phone now i can even get ahold of anyone at the store because of poor set up issue.
