My experience with Anthony in sales and his manager Matt was excellent. We had some slight issues with the car but it was taken care of quickly and professionally by Victory Motors. As a consumer your worst fear is a company that doesn’t stand behind the product they sell, don’t worry about that here. I am very pleased with my Q7 and will be back to purchase another vehicle in the future!!

It all started fine. Anthony was helpful and the test drive went well. The a/c wasn’t blowing cold and when I asked about it and their overall inspection process I wasn’t able to get any information, which was a red flag. We were very interested in the vehicle but I’ve been burned before so I took it to another mechanic to have it checked out. Once there, the power steering fluid unloaded as did oil from somewhere else (head gasket?), and was told there were issues with the brakes, too. The car was basically not drivable and they had to push it into the parking lot. Victory wanted us to pay twice the high end of the KBB fair price for a vehicle that was not drivable. To me it’s about integrity and I just don’t see much at Victory. This 2004 Jeep Liberty is still listed for sale on their website. Buyer beware.

Absolutely NO service. Wasted our time & don't even clean their vehicles when you SCHEDULE time in advance to go view the vehicle! Drive an hour to Denver to Angler Auto & go to a real dealership that's professional, honest & super great cars in the lot.Some crappy attitudes as well & when I pointed out the ONE car that they knew we were driving an hour out to view wasn't even taken care of & WASHED when they knew when we were coming out! Anthony was the guy who was contacting with us the past few days about the car & wasn't even there to greet us, one of his co workers was there & used the excuse that the car wasn't washed because of the rain.... LOL okay dude... but it just so happens that EVERY other car in the lot is shiny & washed BUT not the one WE DROVE OUT TO SEE. Complete trash bs service. Absolutely terrible service here, attitudes suck, & they can't even take a hose to their cars to wash their vehicles that customers are going to go view. Joke place & joke service. Never coming back & letting everyone know in the area this is a waste of a dealership.

We told the sales person that we would be up to purchase the car later that day. He emailed us back a few hours later to tell us that they sold the truck. They didn't even call to let us know there was another buyer.

After looking for a few weeks I decided to broaden my search area and I’m glad I did! Brian was a blast to work with, and as a diesel mechanic, not much gets past me and I’m super picky and Brian is the only salesman I’ve ever worked with who didn’t over sell a vehicle to me, He was up front and honest and easy to work with. No hidden costs, fees, they offer extended warranties at a reasonable price. Definitely looking forward to coming back for my next vehicle and free tank of fuel!

Very pleasant experience at this dealership! Great customer service. Anthony got me into a beautiful 2017 Jeep. He explained things to me as we were going through all the paperwork. He worked exceptionally hard with me regarding my financials. I LOVE my vehicle. Although I give God ALL the Glory, I thank you Anthony. Absolutely 5 stars!
