I usually shop at the Walgreens closer to my house but had to make a stop at this one this evening. The clerk on the register was more worried and talking to the other clerk about getting her break then helping me. She must have a bad day!!

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. They have no clue what they’re doing all while being condescending and could care less if you go without your medications. Half the time they say your “insurance” doesn’t cover your prescription and you’ve been getting it filled for months there with no problem. Over them.

It's no wonder this location has such bad reviews. Their Pharmacy team is completely incompetent. I wish I could give these "Pharmacists" 0 stars. Leticia and Nigel maybe?! They are the rudest people ever! They lack work ethic or customer service. They expect you to know everything about your prescription when it is quite literally, THEIR job. I thought I had a prescription transferred last night. Unbeknownst to me, they never had the prescription because they did not have the medication in stock. All he told me was that it may take up to 24 hours to transfer. I didn't receive a phone call or any type of notice stating that they couldn't fill my prescription. My 3 year old daughter has been in pain all day, and now it will be longer due to their negligence. I guess they just hire anyone these days. SMH

Call before you visit for a vaccine. Scheduled online an appointment for a vaccine and show up and they don’t have the vaccine in stock to give to me. “We’re too busy check and call if we don’t have it for every vaccine.” I think you could glance at the vaccine appointments and see right away if anything is scheduled for something out of stock rather than waste both our time by having people show up.

My husband and I got our covid booster and flu shots here today. The pharmacy was busy but the pharmacist was really friendly and did her best to get us taken care of as fast as she could. The shots almost didn’t hurt.. almost ?

They closed tonight with zero notice to patrons 2 hours early due to staffing shortages. They no longer fill half of their prescriptions on-site, they send them out to a "central-fill" somewhere else so it takes 3 times longer or more sometimes to get your prescriptions filled. They also have closed the drive-thru which was extremely helpful for parents with small children to not have to take them into the store around all the sick people waiting in line. Overall their service has slipped more and more and more until their sub-par service is now a disgrace to customers.

Hand written sign says lunch from 130-2pm. At 2pm more than 24hr after sending my prescription in, it was still not ready. I was told wait 10min we will call your name over the PA and you can get back in line. Well..We'll... the line was quite long by this time as you can imagine lots of people had been waiting for the 130-2 pm lunch break. Highly disappointed

Has to be the worst ran walgreens, not only was the drive through 40 minutes but when I got to the window they said that drive through is closed. And then I walked in and they're at a 1h wait. Just for then they didn't even have most of what everyone needed

Every time I get a vaccination I fill out the online form. Apparently it doesn’t work so I have to fill out by hand the same thing. What a waste of time. Please fix the online form!!!!!

Once again Walgreens pharmacy on Main st in Longmont GAVE AWAY an already filled prescription and no longer had it available. It's now their policy to do this. Go somewhere else if you actually NEED your prescription or service.

August 3rd @ 12:05pm. Thank you to the pharmacist that stepped in when Matt had no idea what to do or even tried to do anything about the situation. Matt didn't bother to ask another employee or the other Matt who said to go by, about the issue. My client called in about a prescription and was told to go by and they will fill it up. He should try to be a little more helpful with these kind of situations. Ask questions before sending away a customer.

Made an appt for 1:30 4/8/22 on the Walgreens website for a TDAP shot, completed all paperwork online beforehand. Showed up 10 min early per online instructions and was told that they couldn't give me the shot because they went to lunch at 1:30...asked if I could get it early since I was there early, they said no - pharmacist has to review and the pharmacist said that's lunch time. I showed them my confirmation on my phone but they turned me away saying that I could wait 40-45 minutes until they got back from lunch if I wanted the shot. They were apathetic, did not apologize for the inconvenience, and scoffed at me when I said that I'd scheduled it on Walgreens' website for 1:30. Cannot believe how rude they were to me!This Walgreens has been terrible at every dang turn, but this was the last straw - I'm switching my rx's to get filled elsewhere, it's honestly embarrassing how inadequate this location is.

I always get good information when I have a question for pharmacist or a technician. A pharmacist actually phoned my Nurse Practitioner who apparently didn't know how to send Medicare pre-authorization forms for diabetes test strips. They stay polite and work hard because they are short-staffed.
