Avoid this Walgreens pharmacy...King Soopers pharmacy is the best. After picking my mother up from a surgery at LUH we decided to take a detour on the way home to get Tylenol and Motrin to manage her pain instead of the narcotics. I could not leave her alone and thought we could go through the Walgreens drive through to pick these up. The young girl at the window had no idea what she is doing telling me that Motrin needs a prescription. She had Aaron, the pharmacist, come to the window. I explained what we were needing and he said that he did not have the staff to help us get a bottle of Tylenol and a bottle Motrin. He could see my mother in the passenger seat and that she was not well but what did he recommend...to go online and order curbside service. I could not believe how rude he was. So I parked and went in to get what we needed. As I walked back to the pharmacy, there were two male Walgreens employees chatting in the aisle and one of them was the manager of the store. They did not look too busy to me. I went to pay at the pharmacy and yet another woman was just a rude and incompetent as the other woman and the pharmacist, Aaron. People don't go the pharmacy for fun and we could have really used their help. Not a sliver of compassion in the staff...No thank you Walgreen's. (It was also filthy inside..yuck) Miserable people running a miserable store.

Had some much needed medications to pick up that the pharmacy received a day prior. Arrived at noon and they told me they wouldn’t have the script ready until possibly the next day??? Get your meds sent elsewhere.

I’m subtracting one star because of circumstances beyond the control of the staff working there. Through no fault of the staff., the quality of the location is deteriorating slowly.
It’s still a good location, but it’s not great anymore. I’m concerned it’s the start of its death spiral 🤷🏻♂️
I would love to see them, get the entropy under control, but I dream - I think we’re in for a slow motion contraction

Super slow in pharmacy, told me it would take an hour to fill a prescription they already had for 3 hours. Drove back to house only to get a text that it was ready. Don’t use their pharmacy.

Heating pad was covered in cat hair, human skin, and scabs. Wires were chewed through. All off the shelf. 🤢 Barely got an apology out of the manager. No wonder Amazon is putting storefronts out of business.

How do you close on a Sunday??? You serve medication that people depend on. Ridiculous

I don’t have any experience with the staff or pharmacy itself but the stores shelves are bare. I was there during the evening to grab a few things, had 1 of the 3 items I needed. The shelves were empty in nearly every aisle and felt like the store was closing down business. I know it’s back to school and the summer so cold medicine and allergies are out there right now but…wow. You can see others say it has poor management which is clear.
The Walgreens closer to my house is never like this from an inventory standpoint and they all are short staffed.

Not the friendliest staff. When asked that my wife was sick, but she was still breastfeeding, they simply could not answer what medications she could take. This is weird?? If I understand correctly, YOU are a PHARMACIST behind the counter! Advice from google like she can take Tylenol for a headache is not exactly what we need to hear... ?

went in for vaccines. a man with red hair was behind the counter. the entire interaction, he was loudly sighing, rolling his eyes, and mumbling under his breath. it was such a weird encounter that i literally asked “are you good?” he replied curtly “fine.” he was just unbelievably rude the entire way through. i prayed this wouldn’t be the person to give me my vaccines— but of course, it was. i have never had someone care so little about the pain they caused. he quite literally jabbed each needle in and pushed the plunger as fast as possible, which was extremely painful. one spot bled pretty intensely and he simply left blood all over my arm and put a bandaid over it. today i have a deep purple bruise. i don’t understand the hostility through the entire process. guy should be fired for the lack of care. zero professionalism.
