My medication is currently overdue to be filled by two days: they first said they were out of stock, then they were too busy, and today I just waited an hour and forty minutes on hold just to be cut off and hung up on when I was finally next in line. When I called back, I was in the back in the queue again…absolutely ridiculous, terrible communication and terrible efficiency. At least give me the option to take my prescription somewhere else…not happy.

THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST!! They don't call when your prescription is ready or when the medicine is out of stock. When you go in there and ask them to transfer it, they lie to you and say that they can't even though there is a law that says that you can do a one-time transfer of a controlled substance as long as it's electronic and that it is requested by the patient. Both of those were done & they flat out lied to me & refused to transfer my daughter's prescription. I've been waiting since 8/18 and today is 9/8. When King Soopers called to try to do the transfer they let their phone ring for 20 mins before they were disconnected. I am filing a complaint with DORA, this place is ridiculous!!!

led me on for , this pharmacy should have provided with correct info. instead gave me incorrect info 3 times. just get annoyed when people ask for help, this is honestly dangerous.

Easy to pick up my prescriptions and am always able to find that one thing I keep forgetting. The team at the Hover store, pharmacy included are personable and helpful.

I've been using this pharmacy for around 3 years and have never had an issue. If anything they have fought for my doctors to hold up their end of the bargain filling certain prescriptions. I have always had kind service and never had any of the problems like some of these other people have. Mark is a very kind pharmacist and took care of a problem I had today in minutes.

Service is the worst here. It takes forever to get someone on the phone, the girl in the drive up is rude. Overall bad customer service.

Probably the worst establishment for a Pharmacy in Longmont. They’ll put you on hold right away and never come back. It takes over a week to fill prescription. Do not waste your time.

Had vaccinations scheduled, showed up on time, checked in, with nobody else in the lobby to start, almost an hour passed and we just decided to leave since it was obvious they weren't going to get to us in the near future. This place has a 1.6 star rating at the time of this review. Given that the lowest is a 1, this honestly shouldn't be surprising. Go elsewhere if you can.

After 45 minutes of waiting for a scheduled vaccination appointment, I decided to walk out. Was told “just a few minutes” more than once by the only technician on shift. Such a waste of time.

Went in 3 times to get them to move my prescription over. I'm now almost a Week without medication. They lost my transfer, then they blamed the other pharmacy saying they wouldnt answer (I call that other pharmacy once a month, no issues). The review is because they didn't even call me, they just left me with no medication. Going elsewhere. What do I expect from a pharmacy that once gave me menopause medication instead of anti malaira..

Rude, no one's knows what's actually going on. It has taken 3 weeks to get a prescription filled because they do not know what they are doing. They give you the run around. Extremely rude!!!
