Bummer, I used Walgreens as my pharmacy in a different state and it was amazing. The management and or training here needs to step up if they want more customers. I paid full price for my prescription when my insurance works with Walgreens. The pharmacists said they couldn’t get my insurance card information to work… my new pharmacy figured it out for me.

Never have meds in stock. Always a long wait

Honestly this pharmacy is useless. I checked into my appointment on time, waited over twenty minutes, and then asked if they forgot about me. Turns out they did and then gave me paperwork to fill out. Not sure how they forgot about me as I’m literally the only person sat here. Not sure why they wouldn’t give me paperwork at the beginning. They didn’t even apologize or anything. Just acted like it was completely normal to forget about people sat right in front of them. I’m looking to change my pharmacy after this experience. It was honestly bizarre, and the funny part is, I’m still sat here waiting. Probably will just leave soon, such a bummer and a waste of my time.

Took 7 trips this week to pick up 2 medications. Half the time some of our families' medications get sent to another store and we are driving all over to track them down. Sometimes they say it will be ready by 9:00 and isn't. Have shown up multiple times at 6:00 or 7:00 and they have closed for the evening. Guess business hours being open til 9:00 mean nothing anymore. Our meds are fairly important to get on time; typically you are picking them up on the last day that you have a dose. I can't imagine picking up a script for someone with life threatening illness/ life saving medications and having to wait days for the pharmacy to get their S#%^ together. I have heard multiple bad comments about this location, I would recommend another location/pharmacy until these employees turn over or they get caught up or whatever the excuse is.

They lost my prescription, twice, after confirming they had it, twice. Two phone calls and two visits - and then they gave me the wrong medication and were unable to provide a print out of my prescription.

They wanted to close the pharmacy and call the cops on me. Incompetence at it's finest.

Ever been tried to buy something at this Walgreens without it's being a problem? Me either. I had to miss a Covid booster due to an injured hand and trip to the ER. I called days later to apologize and re-schedule.Got there at the day/time I agreed with the person in the pharmacy who took my call. After waiting for 20 minutes where 2 other people had problems which the pharmacy staff seemed unable to resolve, I provided my name and the time agreed to with the person I had spoken to. Searching, searching, searching. The young woman who was "helping" me asked my name several times. I had not changed it. She took a poll of pharmacy staff and finally two other people joined her at the register behind which she stood. The three said nothing but they did stare at me for a while. Kinda reminded me of livestock standing at a fence along a road.I left. Some attitudes and incompetence are not worth the time and energy to try and fix.Should have expected no better from a chain that decided to not provide women's reproductive health care from their nationwide outlets.

The automated service that routes you to an off sight pharmacy center to take your call, verify info and then route your call back to the pharmacy and repeat the same exact information, is %100 stupid. You waste my time everyday I have to call and get a new script filled.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would!!! They have been working on my.husband's prescription for a WEEK!!! I call the Dr they are very very helpful, but walgreens staff is not only rude but completely incompetent and unprofessional!!!! They have one plan and that's to "fax" request for instructions well you think after 5 days they might go to plan B or C or have one independent trouble shooting thought amongst the group!!

This review is for Crystal at the Walgreens on 1770 Hover.I called to have a couple of prescriptions filled and first girl told me I had to get Doc to resend. Wrong. My Doc called in 3 months of my controlled meds. This girl must be new because she kept disagreeing with me. I've had all of meds filled here for several years.I finally spoke with Crystal and she understood how these work, no problems. She took care of my refills while being kind, friendly, and patient. Crystal is awesome!! She's been with Walgreens for 20 years and very knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to her. So many new people who aren't fully knowledgeable. Thank God for Crystal!!!

I have never had a good experience at this location/pharmacy and will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere. Always waiting at 20-30 minutes both in the drive-thru and when I've gone inside; when you try to call no one answers and everytime I have been put on hold for more than 30 min and finally hang up when no one answers. If I could give 0 stars I would.UPDATE: Just switched to Walmart pharmacy down the road. I called the pharmacy, they picked up immediately, and said my prescription for my sick baby was already ready for pick up less than 20 minutes after I had my doctor switch pharmacies for me!

Literally sitting in the drive-thru pharmacy for an hour. Very frustrating that I cannot pick up prescriptions without waiting forever inside or out. This isn't the first time. I have sat at the window at the drive-thru for half an hour, without any acknowledgment of my presence, while staff worked inside. It was not during the lunch break. I finally left. I'm sure there is high demand and low staffing issues, but it is very frustrating for the customer.

There are few things in this world as frustrating as waiting on a prescription to be filled. I have been waiting over 24 hours to have one prescription filled. My app. has displayed "verifying prescription" for the past 2 hours. I have a laundry list of heart medications that I have sent to this store every month, or I would have stopped coming here a long time ago. The staff is rude, they consistently say one thing and then do another, and I've never felt even a tiny bit of compassion or empathy from any of them. They act as though everyone is inconveniencing them by needing their medication. I get that some people are impatient and annoying, but you can't take that out on everyone.
