I transferred to this Walgreens from the location on North Hover St. I don't shop here much, but I do get prescriptions filled often. I haven't had a single issue with insurance, my medications, or the staff. In fact, the staff have all been very friendly and competent in my experience and I find that this location is very well stocked and clean. A lot of businesses nowadays can be short staffed and retail isn't always the most pleasant experience, but I can see the pharmacy employees are doing their best and care about their customers.
This location also has a faster processing time to refill prescriptions than some other pharmacies that I've been to, and the wait at the drive through is typically not that long except occasionally at rush hour. Additionally, he lobby has a place to recycle old medications which I appreciate.
I recommend this Walgreens to anyone who's looking for a pharmacy.

The store temporarily closes all the time. Bad manager bad staffing. Can't get my prescription again. No one knows why when you call to check when it's going to open again

Why is everyone so rude at this place? Had a phone call on Sat, text prior to that both saying prescription was ready. Drive to the store, it's not and they offer I can wait at least another 30 minutes for them to get it ready. Who has time for this? Why bother calling and texting if no one in the pharmacy follows thru THEN treats you rude when you have the nerve to call them out on it. This location is the worst!

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve ever been to. You have to call multiple times to get prescriptions filled. They don’t bother checking to see if they have it in stock when you call about an eta, they always say it will be hour and a half. They give you misinformation about why there are delays with your prescriptions, causing further unnecessary delay. And they just hang up on you when you’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes. Good riddance!

Doesn't clean bathrooms regularly if bathroom stall is closed they won't open it for you so there is always a long line. Some of the Walgreens employees will hide in the stalls to not work or that are on break and we have to wait to use restroom. 0/10

I came in for two things. No problem finding them that why I have 2 stars to give. The only reason. The cashier Priscilla walked away as I was walking up she looked at me and continued to walk to the make up counter. A CUSTOMER went and grabbed a cart after grabbing some items and she said "do you plan on paying for that?" She was just grabbing a cart. She has tattoos and dyed hair. That customer said "Yeah, I'm just grabbing a cart do I have another option" and walked away. Priscilla said, while back at the counter "well you look like a criminal so I'll treat you like one" I was extremely pissed who the hell says something like that to another customer?? I wasn't going to write a review but I am baffled at this awful customer service. I told Priscilla "ya know talking badly about a customer to another customer is not professional." She was neither apologetic nor remorseful about the situation. It's disgusting... She should not be in customer service. As a former shift lead at Walgreens(not this one specifically) do better Walgreens.

I'm really impressed with an employee. IAN, was great, he was so nice and patient. He is such a hard worker. I went in to print some pictures, he was there by himself helping everyone out with their pictures FedEx packages and also checking people out in the front too. They were so under staff, but Ian still manage to be very polite and friendly eventhough he was clearly overworked. He deserves a raise. I really hope his boss sees this review. Employers need to value people like him that are dependable and kind. Good job Ian.
