You guys have some serious training issues for the employees of the store. There was an older woman working tonight and her fingers were either In Her Eyes, in her ears, in her mouth, or in her nose. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. This is a great place to spread covid

If I could rate 0 I would. Was on the phone for 50 minutes, "3 callers ahead of you, ...2 callers ahead of you, ...1 called ahead of you, ...we'll be with you shortly" before they hung up on me after I waited on the line for 50 minutes to see if I could come in for my COVID test appointment. They HUNG UP on me. No call back, just my time wasted.

The pharmacy is the slowest service possible. Opened at 9am, first one in line and waited for over 15 minutes before being helped. Couldn't believe it.

Every time I go here the staff are very friendly, and the blue haired woman staffing beauty is not only that but competent and extremely knowledgeable about product.

The Pick up and Delivery staff seems to be understaffed because I waited an hour for my pickup. Shout out to Abel who checked in on me every time he delivered to the other cars. He provided great customer service so I wasn’t too upset about waiting long.

Stopped at Walgreens to fill a prescription for Losartan. Pharmacist said that it would be 140 dollars for the prescription but would only be 37.00 if I purchased a Walgreen prescription card for 20.00. I did that and paid 57.00 for my prescription. I checked later at Safeway pharmacy and their price for the same prescription was 11.45. This pharmacy is a rip off and should be avoided. Shameful business practices

Was yelled at from behind by a high-strung/crazed (?) Walgreens female employee (she was "warning" me that she was coming through my aisle) but her tone was completely inappropriate --and rude. This store has personnel and management problems.

This location is a virtual case study in poor management. It’s very close to our house so we are occasionally tempted by the convenience and then quickly turned off by every other aspect of the store experience. They are alway understaffed. The pharmacy folks are rude. The few workers present are so over worked they can’t muster any politeness and I can hardly blame them. The store is regularly a mess and their prices are absurdly high. Our most recent visit was a bit of a late evening emergency to find Benadryl for our daughter who developed sudden hives. The clerks acted like they’d never heard of Benadryl and had no idea where to find the children’s medicine. Just embarrassing!

It's upsetting that a place where the sick and elderly go has employees smoking right next to the Redbox. If you want a movie you have to endure the second hand smoke. Also not wearing mask's. She made no attempt to move or anything. I called about it and was told there's no policy about smoking right there but they would bring it up at the next meeting. It's not like second hand smoke kills right? I think people forget that part.

Upon asking the pharmacist tech I just spoke with why my Rx said “pending pharmacist approval” I was met with an attitude & told I cannot pick up my medicine until the 9th to which I responded “ma’am you are well aware controlled substances are able to be picked up 48 hrs pior to the date last it was picked up”. She then read off when I picked it up last, and that yes I am able to get it filled early come tomorrow. I was flat out treated like a drug seeker. Shocking someone with anxiety might be more anxious one month than another. Just another example of someone in the pharmaceutical world thinking everyone out there is not a human & just a drug seeker. I will be finding another Walgreens to use.

The shift lead Tammy was beyond rude to not only me but the employee that was trying to solve the problem of their delay in their photo system.

Doctor sent script over, before I left her office. By the time I get there I figured it will be ready. No I was wrong, it was about 15 minutes. I get there and told they don’t have yet; I have bronchitis and sinus infection; waited now several people come and go finally I am called up. Young lady starts asking questions like I am a new patient. She then goes and gets prescription and only brings 2 out of 3, laryngitis too boot can’t raise my voice. So I asked what happened from last week because I picked up a prescription here. Insert giggle since your name didn’t match I created a new one! My voice is gone but sitting waiting over an hour because didn’t want to ask if I was already in the system!

If I could give zero stars I would. This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely TERRIBLE. Their pharmacy techs are RUDE as hell and cut you off in the middle of a sentence and out the phone down. They never have the medicine in stock that is called in. They are terrible about ordering it when it's out of stock. You have to hound them to get it ordered when it's out of stock. These are basic everyday prescribed meds like antibiotics. I've lived in three states and always used Walgreens and this is by far the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever had the unfortunate circumstances to deal with. SMDH.
