Prepare for these people to make your health worse and make unilateral decisions FOR you rather than have them inform you of the situation beforehand so you can plan something for it. Y'all told me my 90 day supply would be ready Monday. It wasn't ready Monday. Then on TUESDAY y'all make the unilateral decision to only give me 30 days?! Without even discussing it with me before I got to the register???!! SHAMEFUL. You shouldn't be playing with people's health like that.

This is the third time I've come to pick up a prescription after getting a phone call saying it's ready just to find out it is on backorder. No phone calls no text messages stating it's on backorder only saying that the prescription had been received and is ready for pickup. It's not even the fact that it's on backorder, it's that I take time out of my day to come down here after talking with the doctor for a refill and waiting a couple days to get the prescription moved from one place to another just to find out it's on backorder and never got filled

Went here to get my passport photo taken at 9am. While 3 people were standing around appearing to do nothing in the photo area I was told by the area lead that they couldn't do it until after 2pm. Puzzled I asked why and she said they don't have anyone to take it. đ¤I was extremely confused that Walgreens is paying 3 associates to stand around in the photo area and none are able to take a passport picture. I think Walgreens need to analyze their help and clean house. Needless to say I went to the Walgreens on pace and they promptly took the passport photo for me. Do beter Hover employees and corporate.

My Dr ordered Synthroid and the pharmacy filled it with a generic. They handed it to me in a sealed clear plastic envelope with a bottle of pills inside. I asked if it was generic because I didnât recognize the name of the med and they said âyesâ. I told the pharmacist that the generic doesnât work for me. She refused to take it back even tho it wasnât opened and had just been handed to me. I called the Dr ofc and they didnât understand why it wasnât filled as Synthroid. Evidently Walgreens wanted them to specify to fill as directed!! I have that directive on my account at the Dr ofc and at the store. Walgreens charged me and my insurance plus refused to take it back and refund. I dropped it off at my Dr ofc. The people in the Walgreenâs pharmacy on N. Hover were rude!

I love my local Walgreens and giving 5 stars just for the people that work there. Corporate greed is real and they could use some help - HINT Walgreens corporate! Otherwise, I havenât waited until the last minute to fill prescriptions, thatâs ON the customer. Usually, the lines I have been in each month move quickly. If insurance doesnât pay then get your own discounts figured out beforehand as thatâs on you. Itâs a good place to go see entitled customers at their best for sure. Have some patience folks. It will all be OK!

I sought the RSV vaccine, which their website allows you to schedule appointments while pregnant with a providers prescription (which was in their system). Pharmacy refused to provide the vaccination and claimed it was FDA policy and against Walgreens corporate policy to provide to anyone under 70 - again, even though you can go to their website and schedule an appt under that exact criteria. I was able to get the vaccine at a different Walgreens in town 20 minutes later. I was unamused to run around town with my toddler in tow right before rush hour. Will not come here again.

Nothing but love for the pharmacists here. Theyâre qualified and do their jobs extremely well. But itâs clear that Walgreens Corporate has gutted the place. The pharmacists are understaffed, overworked, and seriously behind in their backlog.
If you need a prescription filled, go to Costco instead. If you work at Walgreens corporate, double the staff here and give them real lunch breaks.

how is it that every time I fill a prescription after surgery they forget half the Rx, all the pain pills, and make me chase around doctors cuz theyâre too incompetent to do their job right the first and second time?! It makes zero sense. No wonder Walgreens is going out of business, you donât train your freakin employees. Do not waste your time going here. Donât go to any Walgreens, theyâre all like this. Youâre welcome đ
