Pharmacy is full of woman who have zero ability to do their job in a timely manner. My vet called in a prescription. No one answered the phone. She left a voicemail. I show up 3 hrs later to pick up the prescription. They have no recored of me, my dog or my order. Tried for 15 minutes to pull me up. Then they say in the back there is a voicemail and they need to check it to see if it is for me. It was. So I sit for 20-30 min for them to fill a prescription. There are 6 woman in this room. 3-4 of them giggling not doing anything. I am baffled by the fact that despite not being busy by any means they can’t answer the phone, check their voicemail or fill the prescription for me quickly since they blew it in the first place. I wish I had a job where I could basically be terrible at it and still get paid well. What a dream! It’s not like I have anything to do today. Oh wait- my car is packed and my dog is sitting in it wondering why we aren’t on our way to Utah right now.

Walmart has come a long way over the years. I can typically find what I need and get it at a reasonable price. Employees are friendly, the store is clean.

I went for a new battery. They offer to install for free. Made an appointment. Waited an hour and fifteen minutes, then asked what was going on. They said they forgot about my car. It was sitting in the bay the entire time! Go somewhere else.

the incompetence is stunning.
5 employees behind the customer service counter. 5 people in line. 3 employees working 1 customer return. 2 of them smiling and doing nothing. just incredibly dumb. shouldnt have to wait 20 minutes to buy a book of stamps.
