I have tried to order a delivery service since 2/7 with no results. why am i having so much trouble???? Lately, this has been a problem and I would like to know why? I know there hasn't been a problem with my account so WHAT IS THE PROBLEM??? Do I have to change to another delivery store in order to get my items??? Arlene @11164 Yosemite

Not happy all the self check outs are closed and have a 10 item limit. Now I have to wait on an associate who doesn’t want to be there to scan my items super slow.

Man oh man! This is a humongous Walmart! It has to be 10 acres!! It's a supercenter, and Yep it has everything. I think we walked 3 miles. They have every single thing you could want here. And it's at a Walmart price. Checking out was easy and the employees I encountered were nice .

This is for the Walmart super center on north main and hwy 66 in Longmont, Colo. Last 4 visits zero electric carts so I avoid whenever possible. Had to use today. Figured because it was before noon I'd be in luck. Nope. Zero electric carts. On top of that, I walked all the way back to fabric to have to walk further to get help. 20 min later someone came. The bean counters in charge of staffing use the excuse that they can't hire enough people. Calling BS on that one. If bean counters would empower their Point of sale and floor employees, instead of treating them like robots and paying them like slaves, there would be enough to staff the store adequately. Why the hell this store no longer has electric carts, who knows.

I was able to get some items I needed.I noticed that the selection of many items were significantly reduced. It may be due to supply. The store also appeared to be more organized and cleaner.

Hey it's Walmart. Typical experience but some nice employees. Massive store. I will say I had two helpful employees ask me unprompted if I needed help. The checker was friendly and initiated a conversation. Bathrooms need attention.

Staff is horrible. Failed to scan my new phone and had to come back 2 times to try and find someone who is "allowed" to activate the phones. 3 days later and I still don't have a phone because Walmart employees suck at life and should probably just end it sooner than later for the good of humanity

Terrible experience in check out. Ok Walmart note I did not fill out an application to be a cashier. So if u make me scan my own groceries then if I mess up do not treat people like criminals. We scanned our cart and after I pay before I could touch my cart the lady that has been eyeing me like a hawk the hole time runs over and asks if I scanned the oil because it does not show that in her little hand held device. Well I don't know let me get my receipt and look because my son and wife where scanning everything. Oh I know u didn't scan it she says treating us like criminals. Really well last I checked I don't get paid to work here so hire more cashier's and u might earn some customers back but for now good bye.

Special thanks to Nicole in Automotive for assisting me with my tire pressure warning light and educating me on how it will trip due to changes in weather. I haven't had any problems with it since I brought in my car (August 18th).

This Walmart has by far ruined any chance of me shopping at any of their locations ever again. They have accused me falsely of stealing. Questioned me about my receipts. Given me expired (expensive) meat, veggies, and dry goods on my pickup orders or missed items that I paid for entirely and refused to replace them. I bought cups of very poor quality that under regular use shattered and cut me from here (9 stitches) and I overall have had a poor experience with there customer service. Often they have no employees running the registers and forget even getting assistance at the electronics section. As a customer you mean absolutely nothing to them and they treat you like such. If anybody bothers to even read this review. Don’t give them your business, you can get better products, better service, and better deals just about anywhere else. Even if you have to spend a little bit more it will be worth your time to avoid this Walmart entirely.

Service help desk was rude about searching up for receipt and I was told otherwise about receipt look ups by other employees than what she told me. Didn’t seem willing to help at all.Edit: After reading other reviews, seems like y’all need to step up customer service, I’ll even add now after reading other posts, that I was told by a couple of friend employees that receipt lookup goes back indefinitely and no need of date to look it up and then was told promptly otherwise by customer service that they needed a date and weren’t willing to offer anything else, not even to look through a couple of possible dates.

This Walmart, while conveniently located, is better for your quick grocery runs as it doesn't have quite as much as the south location. Clean store, quick and easy to get in and out.

Staff is helpful store is well stocked and stor is Clem. Dont have Apple Pay but Walmart+ is the way to shop efficiently, and quickly with no touch service.
