What happened with with Rich at Warren is precisely what I had hoped would happen when I called Warren Appliance. I can’t say enough good things about Warren Appliances Inc. Matt is a very knowledgeable technician. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money on a new dishwasher and he was able to replace the heating element and it is good as new.
