Teller made a mistake typed $43.00 deposit instead of correct $4300.00, went to bank, they looked at deposited check and teller error, manager was present acknowledged teller error, however, I still have to not only file a claim but wait 10 days for "investigation" to be processed, they have collected the $4300.00 from payer but I STILL HAVE TO WAIT. WELLS FARGO IS FULL OF EXCUSES TO KEEP YOUR MONEY!!! MANAGER WILL NOT ANSWER, LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES

Horrible banking system. Have stolen thousands from us through ATM use. Lying to us daily. People that work there are a part of an evil entity. Thieves with no concern for people that are to trust them. WARNING, THIEVES , Close Accounts to protect yourselves.

It took over 15 minutes of waiting at the drive thru and not only that the only teller working decided to process and get 4 people who came thru advert me out before me ridiculous and horrible customer service

I had to jump through several hoops to close out a joint account with my abusive “caregiver”. I was told I needed to fly her out from NJ to separate out accounts and open a new one under just my name. I told them I could call her but it was “cooperate policy”. The second time I tried online and was told to come in 2 days prior to surgery, the third time I was put on a waitlist after walking over 1 week after surgery and the process was super straight forward…it should’ve been to begin with. 0/10 would recommend this bank, take your business elsewhere it’s better way better spent at any other bank than this one.

If it says on the door that they close at 5:30 Monday-Thursday, they shouldn’t change their hours to closing at 5pm.

Made a payment in the drive up and the ladies working the drive up were extremely rude and unprofessional! Only bank here if you want a bad experience with crappy bankers and tellers. Awful experience! Note to employees: Do not laugh at or make jokes about a customer when they are right in front of you, can see you and can hear you through the speakers in the drive up.

Was a Wachovia/Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years, but that ended yesterday. After years and years of charging me fees for "not having enough money in my account", they finally hit me with a $15 dollar service charge fee for a wire transfer with no warning. I went in to talk to a banker about it at this location and felt like they could not care less about this. So, with no fight, they let a good customer of over 10 years walk out and close his accounts over $15.Wells Fargo in general is nothing but a greedy corporation that wants to make money off of you. STOP SUPPORTING THESE CROOKS.

I am writing this review after working with Robert as a banker at this branch location . He was able to accommodate my needs, and was extremely pleasant to work with. I had three other branches that were unwilling to accommodate a wire transfer without appointment . I am glad there are people like Robert who are willing to go above and beyond to help customers .

I've both made appointments and walked into this bank for business of various kinds, including my own name change on the accounts. It has always been friendly, very clear, and pretty much seamless. Thank you staff for being so welcoming in my sample size so far!

Over 45 minutes to open a bank account is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. It had never taken this long to open an account and I have several.. If this is the case maybe this branch needs to re-evaluate management and staff..

I normally visit via the drive thru. The tellers are always nice and helpful.
