I’ve been with Wells Fargo for well over 10 years now and I’ve never had any issues with them. Always pleasant and helpful.

I came in on a Monday to talk to a banker about my account. They asked if I could come back on Wednesday at 11 am. On Wednesday at 11 am there was no one here to help me. What a well run operation-NOT.
