I sent my 17 year old there to ask questions on her account in an effort to help her not be intimidated of banking since she will be 18 soon. Not only did this branch not help her, they confused her more and didn’t take the time to give her solid information before pushing her aside to help someone else. Wow…. Why do I bank with Wells Fargo again? There are many other options.

I went in to have a check endorsed by my insurance company and was told at 2 pm that all available bank officers were on lunch and not available until 4 pm I live 25 miles from this branch which is the closest and was shocked the teller didn't sympathize with me at all As I walked out I saw 2 bank employees just hanging out talking in an office very casually This is where I got upset. I have had a checking account for over 40 years with Wells Fargo along with my current mortgage I am currently looking for a new bank that cares So frustrating

Well reading the reviews… Not surprising my husband’s experiences with this branch. First of all. Cameras not working on exterior of bank!! Heads up. ATM ate over 2,000. No receipts. After waiting 15 minutes finally got card back. This is just beginning. Husband goes to the branch 3 times, was told by staff” Machine ate your money. I took it out” , staff admitted to the issue. Now 3 days later it’s being “ investigated “. After 7 phone calls we have gotten no where. Branch does not even answer the phone. Don’t go here period. We have contacted the Longmont police . Fill a report.

If you have a question, you'll have to waste your gas to go down there and talk to somebody in person. This is how they do business no customer service.

Why have a phone if you don't answer? I've been calling non stop for 20 minutes. Thanks for not making ANY of my deposit available, causing an over draft, and then not being available to talk about it!

Absolutely incompetent staff from the Manager, tellers, and the worthless risk assessor. Stay away from this branch!!! Went to the branch off Hover and they had me taken care of in 20min.

Horrible bank Do NOT bank with them you will regret it!!!!!!!! Bad customer service and bad bank. Definitely going somewhere else

I spoke with the assistant manager at the front desk, she was unable to assist with a wire transfer . They only do wire transfer by appointment which is an inconvenience and limits the customers ability to move their own money.

This branch’s staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. They actually want to serve you. Never seen so much enthusiasm at a bank anywhere in town. Big shout out to Martha and Saul for their help. Really appreciate having such wonderful service especially during such times. Thank you!

I walked up to the bank whose lobby was open. Sign said I needed an appointment. Just needed to deposit a large check. Normally, I speak with the manager. Ive been with WF for 11 years. cant get an answer when I need it. Very disappointing service.
