I've heard jokingly this place nicknamed Whole Paycheck. I can definitely see why, It's easy to spend a ton of money here. The quality of food and service are superior!

This Whole Foods is easy to shop at and I'd say most of the employees are very kind and friendly but the meat department (not the deli) as in the butchers ? ... what the actual *#*¥~? They're like the "too cool for school,-can't be bothered to go the extra mile- I hate my job- why are you bothering me"- type of employees . The store without them would get five stars from me, they themselves would get 1 star or less! Seriously, they bring the whole store vibe down! The cheese people, the seafood people, the deli people the customer service people, the cashiers ... they're all so nice, why do the butchers have to be such jerks? And who hired them? Every time I place my order I feel like I'm putting them out. And then one time recently I asked the man if he'd be willing to cut my three chicken breasts into strips and although he took the meat back and cut it, the attitude with which he did it was so extremely rude, shaming and condescending, eye rolling and huffing and shaking his head to his fellow employee, NOT COOL! I recently heard that a woman who works behind the counter in this position, gave a friend of mine the same reaction when he asked for the same type of service with his steak order. Seriously? IF ITS NOT AN OPTION, OR AGAINST STORE POLICY, PLEASE EITHER SAY THIS OR POST IT CLEARLY SO CUSTOMERS KNOW NOT TO ASK! It is unprofessional and unnecessary to huff and puff a throw a tantrum! And for the record, when I asked, THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN LINE OR ANYWHERE NEAR THE MEAT COUNTER ... These workers seem like the entitled little brat- bullies of the working family there at Whole Foods. If you hate going the extra mile leave the industry you're in! You bring the whole store down from a five star grade to a three star review ....

Poor management and scheduling of hours. Everyone in the grocery business knows that from 4pm to 6pm there is a customer rush, a wave of business. This Whole Foods does not schedule people to check you out. Even the "Self Checkout" has five of the registers closed at 4:30 so that the line backs up into the frozen food isle. You, the customer, are supposed to wait for 20 minutes to give them your money! Poor customer service.

I usually come to the store after work, but not late…usually around 6-6:30pm. All the workers - especially in the deli area - seem to care less about helping the customers. They all seem to be very wrapped up in getting stuff put away - I’m guessing so they can leave as fast as possible when the store officially closes. My question is, why even have the salad/hot bar, pizza station, and deli counter open when you aren’t really there for the customers? I agree with one other reviewer who said nothing is ever well stocked, and the hot bar food all looks like it’s been sitting around too long, or there’s nothing to choose from. Not appetizing, and certainly not worth the high price they are asking for it. I’ve been to other Whole Foods in Denver & Boulder, and even other states, and have not encountered the problem(s) I’ve experienced at the store on Hover Rd. in Longmont.

We ordered the sides for our Thanksgiving dinner from this store for $100.00. The mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing and.cranbrrry sauce were all pre-packaged. You see these packages in COSTCO for much less money. I had to add a lot to them to make them edible. The mushrooms were not bad, just tasteless. The brussel sprouts were stone hard and not edible as they were. I had to cut in half and bake them just to serve them.We were given an 11-11:30 pick up time. We stood in line for an hour and a half waiting for our order!!! Outrageous! This was so deeply disappointing. We will never do this again! Horrible!

We ordered our Thanksgiving side dishes from this store. They usually have a nice looking deli and we thought the food for Thanksgiving would be organic, fresh and tasty. For $100.00 we got a pre-packaged, gluey hard lump of mashed potatoes that I had to add butter, milk and parsley to do it was edible. The gravy was also pre-packaged, gloppy, no taste gooey slop. The cranberry orange side was pre-packaged mostly cane sugar with some cranberry flavor and orange concentrate, very disappointing. The brussel sprouts were stone hard!!! I had to cut them in half and bake them in the oven to tenderize them enough to be eaten. The mushrooms were the only thing that were half way decent and fresh, but still little to no taste. We were given a pick up time between 11-11:30. IT TOOK AN HOUR AND A HALF STANDING IN LINE TO GET OUR ORDER OF PRE-PACKAGED LOUSY SIDE DISHES!!!! Once home, we tasted the pre-packaged stuffing and threw it away! We will NEVER EVER do this again We' been better off going to COSTCO and paying a third of what we did here! Whole Foods gets the benefit of the doubt because of it's former reputation. I have an exceptional story of their quality from years ago. Not anymore. This was a Thanksgiving disaster! Extremely Disappointed!

The service here is faster than most grocery stores. In addition, there is a wide selection of all kinds of foods. If there is something that they don't have, there are multiple stores around it selling those products. Inside of the store, there are multiple people to help you find foods and products. This is a great grocery store to find everyday foods, as well as exotic foods for special occasions.

Hipsters and sanctimommies abound. Make very sure you're Instagrammable when you roll up to the Whole Foods or you'll get lots of truly disappointed stares. It's a great store, though. And a great place to be reminded of ALL of your inadequacies. I'm so glad the clientele and staff deign to let proles like me occasionally enter!

I have been shopping at Whole Foods for many years and have never seen this anywhere else but this location or anywhere else for that matter. This has happened at least 4 other times,, I have lost count. I was in the ladies room washing my hands, so I was right by the door, I heard the door open. I assumed it was a women and when I turned around it was a male employee. I was frightened at first and then I got angry and said you are supposed to stay outside and knock and announce yourself before you enter. No apology, he could care less. He was there to document something but that is not the way to do it. So I asked his name and he gave it and left. I went to the manager, again, and he apologized again. Management claims they talk to these guys but they must have job security because it has not stopped. With all the insanity going on in this country and the world we do not need this. We should feel safe using the bathroom. One of the guys was huge and it was so unexpected and frightening. Women watch out and moms watch your children. Do not allow them to go in unattended.

Ate at the hot food bar. I scooped up a plates worth of veggies and it came to about $20. Definitely more money than expected for some broccoli and brussel sprouts. Nothing was actually hot either, actually very cold. Whole foods is known for being incredibly expensive, but this was a bit over the top for cold cafeteria food. The food wasn't terrible, but I can't see myself going back for another try.

what a delightful place! the macaroons were delicious, and it was incredibly handy that you could buy them one by one/pick what flavors you want. additionally, overall felt very healthy there, though i admit it can be pricey. the chicken noodle soup was also very scrumptious, as well as other miscellaneous things that i purchased. good work, good environment, good macaroons

The people that work here are always great. Today was no exception. The self check guy was wonderful, and the guy stocking the frozen area was helpful and nice. People smile. Wonderful sales!
