Windish staff needs to really work on their communication skills and professionalism. We started off in the beginning, taking our trailer for service to the Windish in Lakewood the last 2 years, and we were so disappointed with the lack of communication that we decided to try the Windish in Longmont. Unfortunately, it wasn't any better at the Longmont location. We took our trailer in for some warranty work and another problem and were once again disappointed by the terrible communication and the ridiculous scatter of who's working on the order tickets/paperwork and not being able to keep things straight. We gave a 2 star rating because in the beginning, we were greeted in a nice fashion, and Sean was good about getting us checked in(because the other guy that we set up the appt was not available)and he spent some time going over some general things about the trailer. But needless to say, we won't be coming back to Windish!

Worst experience ever, will never go back and will tell everyone I know to stay away from Windish. Why do they advertise, they won't call anyone back. The Windish family must be so proud!

Today I dropped off my Reflection 341RDS at the service department to repair a small issue I created during a moment of inattention while parking. I was met by Shawn, who was ready with my paperwork.Shawn reviewed the incident and then proceeded to work with me to identify other items that I needed to have them take a look at while they had my unit. During this conversation, he had numerous suggestions for upkeep and maintenance.We the reviewed my unit from front to back, inside/outside, and on the roof. Once again, Shawn had more input on various topics.Overall, this check-in walk through was a great refresher by a knowledgeable person. Several of the areas that we covered and added to the task list were things I had thought about over the past year.My experience with Windish RV Longmont continues to be great. It’s one thing to have a great sales department, but have a great service department also is a home run!

Rick was so helpful when we bought our nucamp tag xl! Rick and the Windish team we very helpful when we noticed some cosmetic defects once we took our trailer home. The team quickly submitted a request for new parts on our behalf and they arrived 2.5 weeks later.

BOY DO WE FEEL SCAMMED! We took our trailer here to get several items fixed. We were quoted $804.76 for all the work. After we agreed to the price and work, they contacted us and said one of the repairs that was suppose to be $122.33 would actually cost over $1,200. We told them not to do that repair because we couldn't afford that amount at this time. They said fine and finished the other repairs. They never contacted us again saying there were any other increased costs. We went to pick up our trailer and they tried to charge us over $1,400. My husband disputed the amount because it was almost $600 more than the original quote AND they didn't do all the repairs. After arguing with them for awhile and showing them the original quote they came down a few hundred dollars, but still charged us $300 MORE than the original quote AND they didn't do all the work that was included in the original $804.76 quote. We ended up paying $1,105.92. Given the dishonesty and experienced with this place we will never go back.

Horrible. Theives. Kept our rv for way longer than promised. Did not fix every problem every single time it has been in.Dropped our rv off with about 100 hours on the generator. Now it says 2900. Either they stole my control board from my rv (which occasionally throws an error code) to fix someone else's and then found a used one for mine or they actually used the rv for 2800 hours.Avoid this place like the plague.

Customer service and communication is poor. I had to call them every time I wanted an update, information, or had a question. If you don't call them they won't call you.

We cannot thank Amanda and the amazing staff at Windish Longmont enough! Unfortunately our Grand Design swintek slide broke (for the third time) on our way from Minnesota to Utah. The staff took time out of their busy day to help us open it up enough so we could squeeze through to the bedroom where we had vital medical equipment that we needed. During their thorough inspection we found out that our dealer in MN did not properly repair our slide when we had it serviced just a few weeks ago. I can only wish that our dealer in MN was as detailed and took pride in repairing peoples expensive trailers like Windish does. We are forever grateful for the kind, empathetic and professional staff.

If you want your RV fixed properly I would not recommend talking your RV to Windish in Longmont. I dropped my 6 month old RV off for repairs to the stove, window, door and camera along with a recall needing to be fixed on 11/10/22. Amanda stated at drop off that she would call in two weeks to update of progress, never received a phone call. Two months pass. I Call on 1/23/23 and was told most the work was done, waiting on an LP hose to fix the stove and would call me back with an update. I called again on 1/31/23 upset as still no one will call or say what’s going on. When I do call I’m told different things about what is fixed and what still needs done. I stated at this time I wanted to pick up my RV on 2/6/23 as I have lost trust. On 2/3/23 I get a call from Amanda saying they would buy the LP hose locally and the RV would be 100% done when I pick it up on 2/6/23. I arrive to pick the RV up and when they bring it up the first thing I noticed was wires hanging from the wheel well. I decided to check all work. Upon entering the RV it was clear the work was not done as the entire stove along with glass top was sitting on the sink counter. I asked for a manger and whomever he was as he refused to give me his name. Said I could wait thirty minutes for someone to finish this. Had I not checked this work it would have been a terrible disaster. The glass would have fallen and shattered along with more than likely damaging the floor. I took photos and the manager had the audacity to ask if I would be posting them. Damn right I am to protect others. Please check any work they complete for you as you may leave a victim.

We called in on a weekend for service dept for an issue we had with our trailer while camping. Unfortunately the service dept was closed but Clayton the Sales Manager was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer our questions and figure out what was happening. Thank you!

Good experience with Windish Longmont Service.I had a federally mandated recall on my trailer for wiring that could get burned by the refrigerator. Note: I originally purchased new from Windish. Called the 1st of March. Earliest service apt was mid-June. I was told they would take care of the recall while I waited.Mid-June, I took the trailer into Windish Longmont service. Arrived 15 min before scheduled time. I was met in the parking lot by Sean (Service writer). He had all the information on the recall, directed me where to park and explained the expected time (1/2~2-1/2 hours depending on what they found/had to repair) for the recall. I could either wait inside or I could drop it and come back in a few hours. I had a few special items of concern (I had added fans and extra insulation to the refrigerator). Sean indicated these would not be a problem, but wanted me to talk to the tech to make sure no mix up in communication. All very nice and professional.Sean introduced me to Keith (the tech) and I repeated my requests. Keith indicated they would not be a problem. Keith answered my couple of questions and went to work. He did a first rate (nice and clean) job. The repair/update was better then the factory manufacture. He even fixed a couple of minor issues the factory had taken short cuts with. He did a nice job protecting the inside and out of the trailer. Job was done in the allotted time and looks good.Overall a good experience working with Sean and Keith.Chris

Sean L. has been an amazing resource. He is knowledgeable and honest. Always timely with an informative response. We have been in our 5th wheel for almost 2 years and he has helped us at two critical junctures. As newbies we felt lost and needed a maintenance plan to avoid future catastrophes. He helped even though it would mean we didn't need to bring in our rig to his shop.Later we needed help to diagnose a problem. He was knowledgeable and prompt in his response.I would recommend Sean L. to anyone who owns an RV, thinking of owning one, or anyone who has questions about RV's.Thank you Sean, thank you Windish!

The crew at Windish have been excellent to date! My salesman Gary was very responsive as we worked out the details of my purchase and the rest of the team perforned without a hitch. Highly recommended and locally-owned to boot!
