Great customer service and support. I was fortunate enough to work with Harrison with transferring services over. He was super helpful and went through all the details to make sure I was getting the best I could. Highly recommend Xfinity mobile my service has been better than Verizon, and Harrison made everything seem easy!

Came in last week after work, got help pretty quick and got assisted and told to come back for further help, came back and zero help I'm pretty sure I was put in a queue and skipped.
Came here right after work to get help with getting a new phone since mine broke and I work off my phone. I have almost fell asleep in here and have seen 3 associates unable to assist with the queue. Between the online service submitting a fake ticket for my issue and not helping me and the physical store having staff that doesn't do anything. I'm thinking I may take my business elsewhere. Idk why I'm trying to spend more money here for no assistance.

Needed to get my modem swapped to an XB7 since I was sent an XB6 for my updated internet plan.
I was helped right away in and out in under 20 minutes, staff were curious and professional.

I was told by Jonathan F that there was a promotion to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra to a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and that I would receive $700 credit for my old phone. I made the switch and was told I would get a shipping label in the mail or an email. Never came . Went back the store and the day I needed to return it and now I am being told I only get $400. So, I was lied to and now I'm sure the manager will have some clever response. All this because they couldn't seem to get my old phone unlocked so I could use a new Sim card. DONT DEAL WITH JONATHAN!!!!!

I cannot get a human being to help me. My cameras have been offline for months. I am in an endless AI loop of restarting my modem. I cannot set an appointment to have a human come to my home. This has me furious. Zero stars!!!

Roberto, the assistant manager, helped me in the store straighten out an issue which the phone help could not and would not do! I spent 13 hours on the phone with the help lines trying to get an issue resolved and 5 trips to the store! Finally Roberto helped me! I am forever grateful to him!!

Anna Coco was incredibly helpful! I had my hands full while I was in store and she was so polite and kind. Hands down the best experience I've had at an Xfinity store.
