Ellen is absolutely horrible and so rude! They had what I needed but because she was so frustrated and wouldn’t let me point it out, I could t get what I needed and went to a second gas station. I go here nearly every day and everyone is great other than Ellen. I’m only saying something as my roommate had an issue with her too!

The old guy is really rude... Like really rude. Customer service is not a focus here, unless Ellen or the dark haired woman is working. Multiple reviews mention how rude the old guy is, he needs to go.

The mocha machine ACTUALLY WORKS here, consistently!
I could care less about EVERYTHING else in the store. When I come to crunchy Boulder county, I usually stop HERE.

Nothing rings up at the price that it's labeled on the shelf. Also when promotions end they don't take the signage down for up to a month past the expire date for the promotion.

I was looking at a buzz ball and the fat old guy behind the counter rudely says "don't touch that! you aren't old enough" I'm 22. my friends I was with were all 21+. I showed him my ID to prove it. This guy is never nice anytime I have been in. Doesn't matter if I look my age or not, don't be so rude to customers or assume things.

Terrible diesel pump. Stinky handle. Very slow flow at times. This time, while it was pumping very slow, it didn’t auto stop and it overflowed. Clerk said it was my fault I didn’t stand next to it. First time in my 34 years I haven’t seen a pump auto-click off. It took about ten minutes to pump 15 gallons. I wasn’t going to stand next to it and wait. I wouldn’t want to now if it’s going to spray everywhere!

No point in signing up for 7/11 rewards if the old guy is never gonna apply the deals. Very clearly posted $3/3 all rollers or $1.79 each and paid $2.19 for all the same roller. Old guy told me it's only for certain ones. He's the same old guy that never applies the $2 coffee and doughnut deal in the mornings where I end up paying $4+. Dude never has a good attitude either and I've seen him be rude to customers. The older lady is an absolute delight and I love seeing her every morning. Will not be buying anything when old guy is at the register anymore. I work next door and come here at least once every day.

To start of there is no Apple Pay at this place.So I loaded my 711 app to be able to pay for my food and coffee.The employee was rushing me and making comments about how many screens I’m opening up to load my app. So then he couldn’t figure out how to scan my barcode to pay, he grabbed my food and said “just take your coffee and leave.”I have never had any 711 not be able to use the 711 app barcode as payment.To management, train your staff properly so they’re able to take the form of payment all 711’s use.Never coming back here again.

Roller grills are always empty. I only ever go to 7/11 for the taquitos and chicken rollers and I almost always leave this store empty-handed.

They refused to sell me Powerball tickets because my drivers license expired less than a week ago. I could understand if I was trying to buy alcohol, but lottery tickets? I’ve never even been asked to show ID for lottery tickets before today. Absolutely absurd. I will never be back.
