Roller grills are always empty. I only ever go to 7/11 for the taquitos and chicken rollers and I almost always leave this store empty-handed.

They refused to sell me Powerball tickets because my drivers license expired less than a week ago. I could understand if I was trying to buy alcohol, but lottery tickets? I’ve never even been asked to show ID for lottery tickets before today. Absolutely absurd. I will never be back.

Staff has always been friendly, but I believe that the slurpee machines must be manufactured by the same company that makes ice cream machines for McDonald’s, been to this locations four times in the last 10 days and they have not been working. 7-11 I know you can do better!!! Take a page out of AMC’s theater’s playbook the slurpee machines ALWAYS work!!!

Great Charging your EV w/7Charge new 7-Eleven Charging Stations. Currently at 90kw, however I suspect they'll be increasing as I think these are "test" units soon to be in all 9,000 7-Elevens nation wide. Easy access pay w/wireless credit card, no app needed. #Tesla #CCS #EVcharging

Greed. Pure unadulterated greed and insults is what to expect at this lovely establishment. I went in to buy two cans of Grizzly like I’ve done there dozens of times since they opened. There’s a big sign that says $1 off 2 cans. It’s not about the dollar. I can afford to pay more. However, the discount was not applied. When I pointed this out, I was told to put in my phone number as if I had made the mistake of requesting a discount that required my phone number. I repeatedly had to explain that it had nothing to do with being a “member” or not. It’s simply a manufacturer discount displayed on a large sign over the product itself. When trying to explain this, I was treated as though I was being a “problem”. One of the clerks, there was two plus the owner behind the counter, kept saying “I’ll give you a dollar, I’ll give you a dollar” in a dismissive and annoyed tone. This was incredibly insulting as it implies I’m poor and can’t afford the product. But it was the lie from the owner- who told me “oh there’s a code for it except no one ever pointed it out”- that really bothers me. Because she herself has applied that discount code for me before, multiple times. So she has the policy of: display the discount, let people who don’t notice pay extra, and lie about it when she’s held accountable. I’m disgusted after being insulted as if I’m an annoying customer who can’t afford the dollar, when I’m calling you out on bad business practices. Don’t support this greedy old white lady. That’s who your money is going to.

7-Eleven store is brand new and nice. However Conoco gas pumps indicate contactless pay (i.e. Apple Pay) is available which it is NOT. I even checked with the attendant inside who said "corporate was notified about this stickers and they shouldn't be out there."
