I have been purchasing Boulder Sausage for more than 25 years. I was in a food co-op and we’d order quite a bit each month. The recipe has changed. The sodium is now overpowering. I can hardly eat it. I don’t purchase it anymore. So sad to change a recipe that was good.

Tried the Italian sausage. So spicy we could not eat it. Would hate to try the spicy Italian, thinking maybe we got a mislabeled one. Herbs and spices should compliment the flavor, not totally overpower it. We're actually sweating from it. We will stick with your brats from now on. That's what earned the stars.
