Billy the supposed owner has been stalking me driving by my house the last 3 days as he admitted over the phone to me and to the local pd. I cant say this enough... there is something wrong with billy and you should avoid him and this business. Paid a arm and a leg to get my truck fixed to only break down 24 hours after i got it. Doing the exact same thing it did before i had them work on it (replace the motor). So i gave them a call immediately and left a voicemail. That voicemail and a personal message i left with dean there service manager were never responded to. After that i noticed they replaced the driver side axle rather then the passenger side. After crawling around trying to figure out how to get my truck running i noticed countless wires dangling around the engine bay. A heat shield they said they would replace was mangled and you could see the exhaust manifold studs... the exhaust studs were obviously weathered and not new... they charged me for new exhaust manifold exhaust studs... after reading thru the bad reviews it is apparent my situation is similar to others situations that have done business in the past. So being out of pocket for a repair thats supposed to be under warranty. (They never purchased the engine warranty) and not getting a response from the business i filed a dispute with my cc. My phone call was returned from billy almost 4 weeks after i left messages for him to call me back and 3 weeks after i filed a dispute with my cc. He was angry, argumentative, threatening and even had the audacity to tell me i must not be to busy cause my work van hadnt moved in the past 3 days... so i filed a police report and im getting a protection order against billy who is the supposed owner but the public business records come back to a Dana. So if hes the owner why is the business not in his name. I have a feeling its because he has done things like this in the past. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to somewhere else brakes plus would be a better choice smh I forgot to say they also pulled down the headliner. Just gets worse the more we look.

I have a lot of confidence in Centennial because they are knowledgeable and the work they do on my 6-year old Camry reliably keeps my car running in tip-top shape. I go there for routine maintenance such as oil changes and changing from summer to winter tires because they always go the extra mile to check out my car and keep it in good running order.

I've taken my older-model Toyota here now a couple of times. They've always been very thorough and fair, helping me save money where I can. They turn your car around quickly and are always responsive.

Mixed thoughts. I have used this place a few times for oil changes and checkups, they can usually get you in quickly and are friendly. However, I've had couple instances now where I've felt that I'm leaving my car in inept hands. A check engine light was still on (and issue unresolved) when I came to pick up, lack of mention of a noise (I found to be an exhaust leak) after an enspection, and now an issue with their 129 dollar diagnostic fee to tell me nothing more than what I knew after hooking it up at an orileys. My conclusion is that if you need quick and easy work, they're great. However I just feel a lack of genuine expertise, or at least need to work on better communication or assistance in problem solving, because something is missing.Service: Transmission

I have been going to Centennial for over a year now and have always had a pleasant experience. They have always sent pictures of whatever the problem is and been prompt about calling me if they find any additional issues. One time the front desk employee even stayed late so I could pick up my car to have it for the weekend. All around a stand-up crew and I will continue to give them my business!Services: Tires

My car broke down yesterday morning and was referred to Centennial! At first we were a bit panicked and rushed for time but they ensured us that we would be taken care of! Less then 6 hours later my car was up and running! Dean was the best and very communicative and took the time to explain what was going on and the process of what needed to get done. Thank you Centennial!

Very easy to make an online appointment. Drop off and pick up time is efficient. The location is convenient and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I completely trust them with my vehicle.

Drove in with a nail in my tire & Dean made sure they got it taken care fast so I could get back on the road, thanks. Since then I have sent a couple of co-workers over for various services, and they we also happy with the service they received.Service: Tires

I brought in my Jeep for the air not working and they were so helpful and nice! Wayne and Dean (sorry if I'm misremembering your names!) explained everything so clearly so that I understood it. They did a wonderful job and were very quick. They even helped me out with my radio issues :) Thanks so much, I will definitely be bringing my car back here in the future!

My car had a "check engine"on, with a couple of flags flashing on the dashboard. You would immediately feel something is completely wrong when you drive itI took the car here, and after a half day I was told they couldn't reproduce the problem, and recommended to take it to the dealership. They still charged $128 for their time which is fair. No problems with that.I wouldn't return for sure. I don't think they are equipped or competent for any meaty work on modern cars. Also, a small detail but they didn't call me after their assessment. I had to call to find out. Raises other flags

I moved to Colorado about a year ago, and I was recommended to take my car here by my neighbor. I am so glad I took her recommendation! They have done oil changes and patched holes in my tires in the past. This week I was scheduled for an oil change, and my tire popped while driving home the day before my appointment. They got me in for my oil change and replaced my tires! It can be hard to find trustworthy automotive shops, and this place is one of the good ones.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I was in a bind and had to get my vehicle inspected right away as I was just passing through town. I had called several other automotive repair shops and most were very helpful and tried to help me with ideas about what the problem could be, but unfortunately didn't have immediate availability. Centennial automotive could get me in but had zero concern about the issue, and I'm not even sure what diagnostic checks they did. In the end they charged me $180 to replace a cabin filter. Crazy.Overall I had far better customer service from the shops that couldn't get me in. I would highly NOT recommend this shop.

Brought my car in for a possible front and rear strut replacement. Dean determined that only the rear struts needed to be replaced. I appreciate his honesty and integrity! I will continue to trust Centennial to take care of my car (Accord with 170k miles).

Took my van in for a 90,000 mile check up. Came back and needed nothing. I've never been to an auto repair place that didn't claim something needed replaced/fixed. The honesty alone will bring me backService: General repairs & maintenance
