Leslie was amazing! She helped us find available apartments for my parents who are moving from CA. She could not have been kinder or more patient. Leslie had all the information we needed and was super friendly and willing to help in any way possible. What an asset to this apartment complex!

This is a beautiful community set up for comfort and safety. Different floor plans that can appeal to any taste. The fixtures are top-notch and the views the amenities will serve you well.

7/17/24 Update: I have to acknowledge the maintenance and service improvements in the last 2 months due to the new building owners/mgmt. I had a broken dryer seen and repaired within 2 days of opening a ticket, and I enjoy the community grills often and free hot dogs on National Hot Dog Day. We still won’t renew without the 2/12 free months rent we got on signing, but other than continued missing lights the service is notably better! Up to 3/5 stars :)
I would not renew my lease at Centre Court Apartments if they reduced rent and paid me to try and keep me. The maintenance support is nonexistent, and there is no regard for basic apartment standards like lighting, window and door screens, malfunctioning fire alarms, or standing water. Feel free to read details below, but they are so extensive and the service so poor that I don’t know what else to do but encourage anyone else to stay as far away from this complex as possible.
On 3/5/24, we had a malfunctioning fire alarm beeping every minute and tried to contact the emergency maintenance line. No one answered the line, we left a message and no one followed up, I had to remove the battery and flip off the breaker to silence the alarm (real safe), and then the next day had to go downstairs to the office in person for our emergency maintenance request to even get noticed and acknowledged, and an hour later got a replacement fire alarm and could turn on the breaker again.
On 4/5/24, now knowing the emergency maintenance line is completely unmanned and disregarded, I went in person to report over a centimeter of standing water underneath our sink and clear dripping from the sink hose line. An emergency maintenance request was created in the system, but it is now 4/8/24 and we still have not seen any maintenance response and still have standing water under our sink… apparently flooded apartments just aren’t a priority?
On 2/2/24, I created a maintenance request for a light that had died (very common here). The apartments are so poorly lit that every light is critical. So when maintenance came and left with the entire light fixture, never to return, rather than replace the bulb, I was simply left flabbergasted. If they left the light fixture I would at least have a chance to get the replacement bulb and do their job for them, but by removing the fixture they ensured I get to live with the exact same level of darkness that caused me to file a maintenance request in the first place. Jokes on me for trying to get maintenance support.
On 12/7/23, I requested a replacement screen door for our porch because we never had one when we moved in. I was told an order was placed for a new door on January 4, 2024, but no explanation for the huge time gap. We still don’t have a screen door at the 5.5 month point of our 12 month lease.
On 12/7/23, I requested maintenance for two lights out in the master bathroom. I was told it needed a replacement of the fixture itself, but it was marked complete and I still only have 4/6 lights working in the bathroom.
On 12/7/23, I requested a replacement screen for our master bedroom window, as there was no screen when we moved in. We still have no screen.
At this point I have no hope of ever living in a Centre Court apartment that meets the basic living standards I would expect, and I strongly encourage potential residents to stay as far away as possible. So many regrets, so many failures to provide basic residential services.
4/10/24 Update:
I don't really want a fifth, sixth, seventh direct conversation that wastes my time with no resolution, I just want lighting and screens in the apartment I pay to rent until I can stop doing so....

The renewal process was simple and quick. It would be nice to know when the updated application was going to be ready. It helps with preparation.

I would give this place 0 stars. We booked a tour at 10 am and nobody was there to see us. We tried to call them but nobody answered. Waste of our time, very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Very bad management!!!
