Do not bank here! The branch manager Melissa T. does not do her job properly, I was scammed out of money with a fake check that her teller said was good to deposit. She didn't even run the check through a ultraviolet light machine to see if the check was authentic or not. Chase bank gives each branch an ultraviolet verifying machine to verify if the check is real or not. She did not. She is a liability to customers and Chase. She didn't properly verify my check and i got scammed. I will be complaining to Chase Bank about her attitude and and her negligence in verifying my check. She kicked me out of her branch and threatened to call the police after I asked her why she didn't run the check through the ultraviolet machine.

Earlier this week I went to this branch to make a transaction from my personal checking account to a foreign company’s account. The manager and banker of this branch, that I worked with, have no knowledge of the regulations on foreign company transactions. Instead of doing some research to help me, they gave me some unfriendly, unprofessional, and illogic reasons and denied my request. I asked the manager to write these reasons down and to sign, but she refused. I believe she refused to sign as her reasons to deny my request were made up. The way they treated me made me feel unvalued as a customer. I chose to trust Chase and put money here, in return the manger said something along the lines of “I took advantage of their services”. I would also like to highlight, a banker called me to suggest that I open a Chase business account in April. During my in-person interaction with the manager, this banker was there and acted like he did not know me. I truly believe it is not safe to put money in Chase, as when you want to transfer the money out, a branch can give you a hard time by made up reasons, paired with the fact that the manager and bankers can tell you inaccurate information. I had to make the transfer in another branch.The worst bank service I have ever had and has tainted my reputation of Chase!

I went to chase Louisville at 4:10 with my kid to open an account in her name. There was only 1 other customer who was being served. A teller came to talk to me and went and spoke to 3 ladies in a cubicle who were clearly having a leisurely chat. He came back saying no one was available. At the same time the ladies dispersed back to their desks pretending to be busy suddenly. One of them came to reiterate that they couldn’t serve cause people are busy and it takes 45 mins to open an account which we had time for given that it was 4:10 and bank closes at 5. Clearly lazy bankers who don’t care about wanting to serve. .

I’m glad I came in. Tatiana (Tia) was so kind and helpful. Even helping me in and out of the building, due to being on crutches. This will definitely be my new go to branch. Thank you!

Don’t come here if you’re Hispanic/ Latino. Most of the employees were really nice and helpful but once I got with a banker they kept telling me to go to another bank that knows Spanish. I am a US Citizen. This was so uncalled for and I felt so uncomfortable.

I've been a Chase customer for twenty some years. When I need to get a hold of someone at this branch I'm either given a "come back later" message, or if I call the branch (heaven forbid) I'm given a message that they're all too busy to answer the phone... perpetually. I'm starting to think that a phone doesn't even ring at the branch. I'm just asked to go to their website to do anything. It's a completely impersonal experience here. Giving serious consideration to just killing my accounts here and moving on.

Chase has a bad habit of acting funny with my money. Chase will not let me deposit "large"sums in cash (anything over 1000), chase holds "large" check deposits for 14 days (anything over 1000). 1000 isn't a lot of money, if you're broke just say that ? I'll be allowing a less finnicky financial establishment hold my funds moving forward.

The employees at this branch will lie to YOU! Chase does not care about any of their clients. Their customers mean nothing to them! Most of the services you need won’t be available when you need them! Do not use chase bank! They say whatever they have to say to get your business, but do not expect them to follow thru with anything, ever! Then they’ll laugh at you when they leave you high and dry!

Excellent customer service. Suzanne, the assistant vice president of this branch, was kind and so helpful when I needed the services of a certifying officer for a specific document. She and her team accommodated my last-minute appointment request and got it figured out in under 20 minutes.Absolutely recommend this branch for any Chase banking needs.

I used the drive thru for my banking needs. The teller was friendly and able to help me quickly with my deposit. One of the lanes in the drive thru was shut down, so would slow down people during busy times.

I've been going to this branch office in Louisville for 20+ years, back when it was still Bank One, what is now Chase Bank. The staff has been consistently friendly and helpful. It's like going to a neighborhood bank, yet with the services of a large bank. I have several business accounts, as well as my personal accounts with Chase. The Louisville team has always been professional and easy to work with, whether it's about loans, account questions, routine deposits, international transfers, etc. The drive-up is always fast and efficient. I can't say much good about Chase's online customer service, but I really appreciate the Louisville branch.
