I did the 1 week free and was really looking for a yoga community so close. I did the Yin and loved it. I came back for yoga sculpt the next day. I told the instructor Aspen when I arrived that I’d not done a sculpt before and was nervous. She said Id be fine. The only advice she gave me was to take steps instead of jump. Little did I know I was walking into what turned out to feel like a cross fit sauna. The only semi yogic thing said was to set an intention at the very beginning of class. After a warm up, we were told to do burpees, stair climbers, and squats for the entire song as the instructor looked at her phone as the class did the exercises at all different times( very over stimulating and confusing for someone who’s new). Not to mention, a burpee where you’re quite literally flailing your body to the ground kind of seems like the antithesis of yoga to me. At the end of the song, the instructor said and I quote, “See that wasn’t so bad.”Soon after that, I was so annoyed and overwhelmed/heated that I grabbed my mat and walked out about half way through.I waited to see if any follow up would have been had and there was none:/I’d hoped for a much better experience and was disappointed. If you’re looking for a heated crossfit in a darker room, yoga sculpt may be your jam. I was pretty disheartened after that one so I can’t comment on the rest.

Love the class! The only change is ever since covid, they won't let the room get hot. Such a bummer! Do yoga in Ohio in a super hot room all during covid no issues.. what a bummer!

I would not recommend CorePower Yoga if you live in this area if you are not an actively practicing advanced yogi. The Flatirons, Broomfield East and Louisville only have advanced classed. No CorePower 1 and no classes to learn basic yoga. If you are advanced then you will love these classes. They are super challenging. The instructors are all very nice.

I genuinely love going to this location because of the convenience and how personable the instructors are. However, I was planning on gong to the 5:45am schedule class today and the instructor was a complete no show--this became aggravating because I do plan my day around this class and had to drive across town to go to another location. This is frustrating because of the amount of money I pay for a monthly membership. I do hope the instructor is okay if there was any kind of emergency, but I wish there was a way to communicate if class is cancelled or if the instructor is out. Overall my experience now is not good.

I am such a corepower junkie i'm not even ashamed. Wish I lived closer so that it was my home studio! The instructors are so good and really push you. They don't do the bare minimum of the class. Echoing what others said Jen W is THE BEST. She really pushes you in your practice. After a hot class they give you a lavender cool towel for your face to decompress during savasana. which is my favorite thing to look forward to post class! Downside are the bathrooms could use some better updates and cleaning but tbh i feel like all CP bathrooms are kinda gross... PRO TIP: Friday afternoon Hot Yoga class - oh em gee what a cleanse! Shanie is AHMAZING!

I have taken so many classes at this location and the teachers are excellent. I went to Jen W's class a couple of weeks ago and it was such a good workout. Her choreography flowed and kept me interested and challenged. The music was unbelievably soulful at the end especially! I've also taken Nicole's class and she is do descriptive and easy to follow. Shannon always has good messages and her class is very challenging, And Kelsey always makes me leave feeling good! This is a friendly clean atmosphere. I highly recommend giving it a try. Since doing hot yoga I feel so much more clean throughout my entire body!

I love CorePower. I've gone to several other studios and I just can't get a better work out than at CorePower. I usually go to the Flatiron studio, it's always clean, the instructors are so friendly and welcoming. I have the Black Tag Membership and I love it. It looks like they might open a second studio room soon so I can't wait for more class options!

I've been going to the Saturday night intro class with Thanh & she is an amazing teacher. Somehow she manages to provide a lot of individual teaching even when the studio is full.

Had a fantastic class here tonight! Can't recommend Devan's Yin flow highly enough. Visiting from out of town and it was just what I needed. Challenging but detoxifying. Great atmosphere, clean, and comfortable changing rooms.
