Was in on Sunday July 13th and I saw jay, an employee hold one a door and help load individuals into a women’s car for her. I love seeing kindness and he wasn’t asked or prompted to just did a nice thing for someone else

Rudest manager ever that works here. I actually disdain going here, sadly FedEx is the cheapest place to print but the way she acts I’d rather pay $10 a page than be around this unhelpful woman.

Best customer service. John has helped me so much through the years, he should get 10% commission.
Printing, shipping, posters, letters, id cards, box sizing, document labels, the list goes on. He has helped save my job on a few days.
I’m moving soon, will TRULY miss this Fed Ex and specifically John. Thx!

I have been using this store for years. They have helped me on many projects--I publish books). They have always been kind and receptive to what I needed and have had many good ideas over the years. This has been for decades since I moved to Louisville.

Jay was super helpful with a kinda involved printing request. Was very meticulous and really everything turned out perfectly!
Price seemed pretty reasonable for it all too. Very pleased!

Had a mattress and base delivered. They dropped it off near the garage under pouring rain even though we have a covered area near the front door and a hand truck can easily get there. Everything is soaked through (the boxes have “keep dry” written all over them), the cardboard boxes fell apart. Why not bring it to the front door?!

I’ve never had a problem at any FedEx location. I love using FedEx for my shipping needs. I receive updates throughout the entire process and the packages always arrive on time. Pricing is comparable to all other methods. My go to company that I prefer is FedEx hands down. Always great customer service.

FedEx for Business Shipping is a bad idea. They provide a quote, which is technically just an estimate, which they reserve the right to adjust once its loaded into the truck. To clarify, you can get a quote for whatever amount, but they reserve the right to increase it by how much they please once its shipped and charge your account that's on file. In my case, they increased it by double the quote amount and said there is nothing they will do about it.
