FedEx for Business Shipping is a bad idea. They provide a quote, which is technically just an estimate, which they reserve the right to adjust once its loaded into the truck. To clarify, you can get a quote for whatever amount, but they reserve the right to increase it by how much they please once its shipped and charge your account that's on file. In my case, they increased it by double the quote amount and said there is nothing they will do about it.

That was the easiest thing I've done all month. I was literally in and out in under 5 minutes. Got a label printed, my package wrapped and sent out. All within minutes before they closed on a Labor Day weekend Friday.

Yesterday afternoon I had a mix of needs and was pressed for time, and Martina (I think that's right) was incredibly helpful and patient. I've had many good experiences at this Kinko's (FedEx), overall.

Usually good customer service at this location but not last evening. I had a deadline to meet and arrived at 6:40. At 6:56 I was told to hurry it up and then at 7:08 - get out. I have spent so much money at this location and the person who shooed me out was a new, immature acting and inexperienced worker. It’s so sad to see the service go downhill. I’ll find another location from now on after over a decade.

Stopped in to check out the self service printing and ended up needing assistance because my files were slightly too large. I found staff to be friendly and helpful and the prices to be reasonable. I'll be returning for future printing needs.

Intrusive and hideously overpriced.Needed a package overnighted, the rep insisted on me telling him what was I was shipping even though I told him that it was neither fragile, perishable, liquid, or hazardous. (I was shipping a puzzle for a birthday present, btw). He then needed to see my ID, which i can see is Fedex company policy per the sign but I have no idea why this is since I don't believe any other shipping service needs to see your ID. All this is annoying and intrusive, but I had nothing really to hide so I complied. He then told me that it would be $137 to overnight the 2 lb package to the East Coast. I was expecting to obviously pay a premium for overnight but that is ridiculous. I left and went to USPS, who didnt ask me any annoying questions (beyond "is this package fragile, perishable, liquid or hazardous?") and was able to ship the same package overnight guaranteed for $60, less than half of what this Fed Ex location was trying to charge.

Some staff is always rude. Maybe they don’t like their job or hate customers coming to the store. Worst fedex customer experience at this store.
