I have many of their products. I’m please with all of them. I recently had a problem with one and called customer service. They handled the issue promptly and to my satisfaction.

Customer service does not take ownership of a problem. I've called 3 times and emailed 3 times as they instruct me to do when I call, but I get no response. The last agent I spoke with said I have to work with the original agent who isn't responding to me. I have had my office chair for only 2 months and it broke. I need my office chair and they don't seem to care.

Bought bands and they are totally labeled WRONG!!! My band that is light on the box is actually the heavy one and the band that is heavy on the box is actually the light one!!!! Really?!?!

Horrendous customer service. I ordered a yoga mat from them for my cousin for Christmas. Not only did it not arrive, after speaking with customer service and coordinating with them to ship it to her home address in New York, it never arrived again. I contacted their offices for a third and fourth time I was informed it would be there in three weeks. It’s now April...and still nothing. Brittany with their customer service office was extremely rude and did not even try to make it right. It’s extremely embarrassing to not have your gift arrive on Christmas...let alone to make the person wait 4 months to receive it. Very disappointing.

No stars is a understatement from what I experienced ordering from Gaiam Company today January 16, 2021 ...Gaiam took my money today after I gave all my information but showed no signs I placed a order. As soon as I clicked on " Place Order " Of course that screen prompt was AFTER entering my customer contact information , shipping information and billing information. I click on the place order button ....I immediately got a kick back message that my bank authorized my payment but my order wasn't processed . Still on the screen my items appeared to be in my shopping cart and it was also strange I didn't get a message " Thanks for your order you will receive a email confirmation of order " so I went to my profile settings looked under " my orders" The message on the screen was " You do not have any orders" I left that tab open on my browser and checked my account : The money was deducted for for order but no merchandise that reflected the payment. This order was special order and I chose your company to fulfill it. In return ..... I feel I been scammed not only am I upset I feel my privacy and the person's privacy I given on my order has also been invaded and compromised. Every merchant I ordered from immediately provided a confirmation # and a message a copy of the order will be sent to my email . With this company. I recieved nothing and still haven't received nothing. In my opinion its its shady business . Do your research on this company go to all their social media affiliations and read what others have to say about them and their products. Reach to the contact number on their website . I called it and basically got a recording that sounded like a home answering machine ...Not a switchboard full operators , prompts to depts that handle customer issues , questions or concerns . The recodering doesn'teven a prompt for account tech support. . CLEARLY this company had no intentions on sending out my products but made sure the payment went thru.. Its fair to say-- We wouldn't of been happy with your products anyway based on previous reviews. I hope my review along with the other bad reviews warns others not to do any kind business with your company .

Gaiam does not answer their 2 phone numbers. I injured myself during the beginner class. It is not a good fit for me and the company will not refund the money. Very bad customer service as I tried to contact before the trial was over.

I ordered a backordered Gaiam yoga mat from their amazon store. After two months and delayed shipping I got notice that mat would would be indefinitely delayed. However, the same mat was listed in stock at a higher price. Not a a new listing, the same one I ordered from. After contacting Amazon, they said Gaiam had indicated that there were none in stock at the price I purchased. They were not honoring the order I placed in August, but I could re purchase at the higher price and it would ship. When I contacted Gaiam, they said they couldn't see my order. I wish I had checked the BBB reviews befor I had tried to purchase a mat.

I ordered 5 sets of hand weights and when they were delivered, one set was missing. I tried called the company but can never get a live person. Left a message two days ago and have still not heard anything. Also emailed them....still nothing. Happy with the product but their customer service is awful. Should have just used Amazon. Never have a problem with their customer service.

I ordered a Zafu and Zabuton meditation cushion kit, 3 weeks later I still hadn't received a shipping email. Trying to get in contact with costumer service was quite hard, but when they finally replied back they said my order was never fulfilled because the kit got out of stock, which I was never notified of. So here I am patiently waiting for 3 weeks not knowing I was not going to receive anything. I would have waited longer but I wanted my order to arrive by next week because I bought it to use at home for work, I start next week. This is my first time ever posting a bad review, but I am very disappointed, not at the fact that it got out of stock, but at the fact that I wasn't told, otherwise I would have just look for other options but now it's late.

Bought the Pilates ball, blow it up and go to put the peg in and all the air comes put pretty much immediately. Wrote a message to get some assist since, they didn't reply for 10 days then their only advice was to over inflate the ball. I replied and their response was 'get someone to help you'. They clearly don't have any knowledge of their own products and don't care about their reputation or customer service whatsoever. You would think in times like this they would actually make an attempt to help their customers. Will never buy from this company again.

Gaiam's customer service is terrible. I placed an order on their website, only to find the same item elsewhere for half price. I tried cancelling the order within an hour of placing, and am now told there is no cancelling once placed. I've wasted time and money, and am completely disappointed. Never again, Gaiam.

I purchase a Gaiam Essentials Balance Ball through Amazon on May 14, 2020 and was delivered on May 17, 2020. Today the Ball burst while sitting. The ball ripped and I fell on the floor. The ball have been in my possession for less than three month. I sent an email complaining an requesting a refund or a replacement. The company contacted me by email and indicated their policy for return or refund is within 30 days of purchase. The offered a 20% discount on the next purchase. This is a very disappointing experience. the products are very cheap.
