This Home Depot in Louisville is quieter and is well-stocked compared to the ones in Boulder and Broomfield. The one in Boulder is close to our home but we were passing by Louisville and ended up shopping here for houseplants and a few other yard/gardening supplies. Pleasant change.

After visiting two high-end appliance stores in search of a new fridge, I went to the Louisville HD to run an errand. As a lark, I decided I would go to the appliance section. I am so glad I did. Bruce M was phenomenal. He provided much better service than the salespeople I worked with earlier. He listened. He helped me narrow down options. He educated me on features and warranties. He gladly showed me the different features, helped me pull out the fridges so I could look at how they were made and how easily I could do my annual coil cleaning (some at other stores had cardboard backing), and he looked at reviews with me. Wow! What amazing customer service. Shop with Bruce M in the Louisville Home Depot for all your appliance needs. The prices are the same. The shopping service is stellar.

Hands down THE WORST STORE I have ever had to spend money at. If i could give the a negative rating, I absolutley would. The most incompetent and unprofessional corporation I have ever had to deal with. 20 years of being a carpenter, I have never seen such horrible workmanship, sub-contractors, products, return policies, and management. IT IS GOD AWFUL!!!!! I cannot believe they haven't been sued many, many times over. Even their pencils suck... As soon as you get a sharp tip, the lead falls out.

Worst Customer Service - Was just there this morning and had to wait forever. Slow worker at the desk, and did not call for help until later. And I got to the counter, their system could not trace my order, no willingness to help from the front desk. After waiting in line forever, I was sent back to get the order number. What a mess with HD system. Please assign only relieable worker who actually knows how to do their job at the front desk. Dont waste customer TIME.

Very good helpful staff normally, but have been let down lately by a staff member on order pickups cancelling my order before the time limit sent on the order pickup email, he came up with a ridiculous reason why and no apology. Luckily the other staff members helped out our it would have been a 1 star

Went to HD yesterday, Worst Customer Service since the beginning with Cashier Kharis, I had a flatbed of trees and rose bushes and soil , which is not light to roll around, so I left the carts at the end of the cash register (not in anyone's way, left plenty of space so the cashier can get out and scan customer's items, this bothered her I guess) I went to get in line. When it was my turn, I immediately told her that it would be 2 separate transactions and I would need assistance to my car.. she totally ignored me and started scanning... I let her complete this waiting for her full attention. I told her that this was 2 separate transactions. She stomped to her register and voided everything again and started over very rudely she asked me Which Items were for the first transaction. and proceeded very rudely again for the 2nd transaction... Once Completed I reminded her that I needed assistance to my car. She was nagging about me to the other customers in line after me, about how difficult I was. In no way was I ever rude to her or disrespectful. When I saw her nagging to the customer about me. I did ask her if she had a problem, which again totally ignored me. Costumer service Reps need to learn people skills, and respect
