Super clean and quiet place to eat. Great service at the counter and our food was well made and delicious. Definitely enjoyed my meal and talking to the crew.

This place knows how to make a roast beef! Also like to give appreciation to the boy working there who was very warm and friendly and the girl who got my sandwich out before I was done paying. That’s how you run a good business I think some places need to take notes (not naming names ??)

Everything about this establishment screams low class but with high prices, and summed up in three letters: BAD!. I never make reviews on this site, and I am used to a higher standard of food than some lowlife strip mall fast food place, but I can assure you that there are other places to take your business to. At the country club, sandwiches are always served promptly on a plate and toasted, and this place doesn’t even have the courtesy to toast a sandwich! The decor reminds me of a poor man’s bar that you can find in any old movie (VERY DATED), and there menu selection was abhorrent. I ended up getting the one called a “turkey Tom” and the man working there clearly professed a sense of fake manners that any manners program would instill him better. Good luck to all of you who brave to eat here, but there clientele tells me this place is only for the filthy.

Them are the soggiest worst tomatoes on the brownest lettuce. It was one lady making all the orders while the guy watched tv on his phone while cutting meat. I love Jimmy John’s I’m from Ohio that all we eat however this will be my last time until I travel back home. Worst decision I made since I been working in Superior.

They can make a sandwich, but I feel like the high schoolers could spend more time cleaning the tables and floors, and then be on their phones in said dirty booths.

Wtf? So went to Jimmy Johns today specifically for the 'caprese salami pesto sandwich which looks great on the poster. But, what I got lacked ingredients and flavor. I got it to go and didn't discover how ripped off I was until I got home. Really Jimmy John's???

Part two! They charged my card for the order. Meanwhile it says they are open until 9pm!! I had to call another store to find out this information! This manager needs fired!! What a complete and utter joke!! If I don't get my money back ASAP I will be filing charges. This is UNACCEPTABLE!! At a bare minimum put your updated hours on your damn website!!

I have not appreciated your timeliness and great service. You are freaky fast and your bread is soooo good I crave it at times. you are always consistent and always taste good. I did not realize how good until I ate at another Jimmy John's with bad service and hard bread. Thanks for being the best!

I go into the store frequently. Pretty quick service and friendly people. I get the same thing everything, and it's never wrong.

Placed an online order at 4pm for a 5:45 pickup, it's 6:04 and it's not ready- kicker is that it's only ONE sandwich. Super bummed, as there is a reason people choose to order ahead. I hope this isn't an issue in the future.
