I had originally rated this bank quite low but throughout these past few days they have been extremely helpful and they have truly gone above and beyond. We had to move here under incredibly troubling circumstances and it has been difficult set up accounts and get the ball rolling on multiple financial goals. Not only did they work all day to fix it they also looked up community resources for us. This bank is wonderful. They also really took the time to listen to us. That really mattered to us as well. I recommend this bank.

The bankers are very nice but joining here has messed our situation up. If we had a roof over our heads we would have lost it because of this banks processing of direct deposits. They expect us to wait multiple pay periods for us to get a single cent of our paychecks. Who can live without pay for multiple paychecks? This is a bank. Banks should be able to process bank deposits immediately. I'm actually having a panic attack right now because of this fact. My family and I have no access to any money now. And according to them we won't for weeks. I regret joining this bank. I have no way to feed my family, pay for gas or buy the medications that we need. If you have money in savings join but if your middle class with low funds don't bother, you will lose everything. I don't know who is privileged enough to join this bank without going bankrupt because you won't see a cent for probably over a month if what the banker said is true Hopefully we don't freeze to death in the next few days because we have money to our name we just can't access it because of their processing time.

Only key bank ATM around. I went to take money out. Said fraud. Now I'm stranded 30 miles away from home.

In times like these I really don't know what to expect. Most places have abbreviated service or are closed. But this place was open and ready to serve! The teller was quick and friendly and handled my financial needs promptly and even suggested additional services that I might want to consider. Good experience all around!

Very dissatisfied with Manager Craig Hawk & staff. They do not have a grasp of their product line and no ability to meet community needs. One more big bank on McCaslin pretending to serve the local community well.

I have had an amazing banking experience since i have been with key bank. My home bank is in Arvada and the closest to my job is Louisville while both of these locations are driven by smiles and hospitality they are not the exception but the rule for Key bank as i have travelled around and verified a citiwide enjoyable banking experience.

Employee ordered my replacement card to a wrong address. Once I finally got it in hand the number on the card was deemed "closed". I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a replacement debit card and they are no help. Would advise a different bank or location.

KeyBank is a little hard to notice in traffic for me - but that's because I'm weird, LOL. Actually if I came up the right Street it'd be easier to find. The bankers are friendly and helpful and mr. Woods is exceptional at his job. To locate it: All you need to do is come down McCaslin from the app you or South Boulder Road. As you pass Grease Monkey start looking forward on your right the signs a little lower profile than some come up but still a Key Bank logo. Of course one could use Android auto or Siri, the the choices are endless...good grief.

Wish i could give a zero. Wouldn't give me change cause i didn't have an account one visit. I used their atm and the machine ate my card. When i called to retrieve it they told me it's gone. That they will only destroy it. Great, so I just got paid but have no money for 3 days. They didn't even apologize. Worst customer service and policies EVER

Craig Hawk just saved my husband and me from a really tough financial situation. I had received inaccurate information about the terms of a loan from my previous bank (Elevations), and had made a purchase on the loan that I never would have made had I understood the terms correctly. When I approached Elevations about the problem, they did absolutely nothing to help me. I took my story to Craig, and he turned cartwheels trying to come up with a solution that would work for us, which he did. He seriously worked some magic to help us out. I have moved all of my accounts over to KeyBank, and I am super happy to be banking here instead.
