I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Twice these guys literally lost the record of my refill to my antibiotics requiring me to get a refill for a prescription I already have. They take zero responsibility and put the problem on me to solve. Totally unacceptable. If you value your health and time go anywhere else. Literally anywhere else would be better.

King Soopers has lost its way. Every time I check out, there is a pricing issue that I have to either just ignore (and eat the cost) or have an attendant fix. Can you just have a system that the prices listed are accurate? Instead of this back-and-fourth? Also, they price gouged eggs this week, exploiting the current shortage. If they see an opportunity to steal your money, they will take it. I was loyal for years, but King Soopers is no longer my go-to store, and I will go out of my way to shop at other grocery stores. Also, the app and digital coupons are clunky and yield poor user experience.

I never thought I’d be leaving a review for a local grocery store, but I’m so fed up with paying overinflated prices for mediocre quality food and bagging it myself on top of it all. My last visit yielded rotten mangos and smelly/slimy salmon I had to bring back same day. Their customer service staff is useless. And now I have to save all receipts because otherwise they won’t honor their own rotten produce without it. Disgraceful.
