“Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for.
They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I was bummed that the location on 27th Way closed down But I had a positive experience at the 28th street location and was happy to see a few familiar faces from the other store. As a woman, unfortunately, I’ve been treated like “a little lady” when I’ve had car repairs in the past. Never at Grease Monkey, I know I can ask a question and not be spoken to like I’m dumb. Anyway, it’s a great place and I always enjoy good service!”

“The service manager came through after I had a last minute emergency! In the process of changing the oil in my Ford F150 (I did this myself - unrelated to their service.) The plastic plug that Ford uses in the oil pan broke in two, leaving me stranded with no way to refill the oil. All of the parts departments in all the dealerships around were closed as it is already 6PM and I was faced with being stranded until the next day. The service manager (I believe his name was Dave) of the quick lane came through and spent 10 minutes tracking down the oil plug from the parts department and setting up payment! I was able to get a ride to come pick it up 10 minutes later. That's service! He went outside of his job duties and responsibilities to take care of someone who wasn't even a customer! I do most of my own maintenance on my cars, but when I do need the assistance of a shop, I'm definitely coming in!”

Came in for an oil change and they took the time to walk me through what was wrong with my car, gave me honest answers to my questions, and then showed me how to check on my fluid levels. They even fixed my glove compartment that hadn’t latched properly in years! Wonderful service, I won’t be going anywhere else:)”

A huge shout out to Ryan (service tech) Jeffrey and Loren from the car service desk in being the most kindness, professional and trustworthy. I took my car in on Friday before labor day and they were able to do what no one around the area was willing to do, (a battery change) forever grateful for them in squeezing me in on such a busy weekend and getting my car back to be before lunch time. “I take my gas vehicles here for service. I have for many years. My son took his truck here recently as well. They do not service diesel. I’ve always felt like I’ve been treated fairly and they’ve done good work. It is not the cheapest place but I trust them.”
