I like the casual and comfortable feel of this coffee shop. They have lots of food and snacks options. They had a lot of good gluten free options too. I enjoyed their lemon poppyseed scone. Also I thought it was cute that they use pasta as their stir stick options. Great way to cut back on plastic use!

Friendly staff (shout out to Mama Lou!). Very kind to my kiddos. Good coffee and steamer and hot chocolates. The food is good too. The atmosphere is lovely. Appears to have lots of regulars and if I lived in the area I would be too! I would definitely come back. Thank you for making a snow day fun and stay safe and warm!

First time in today after seeing a post about Paul having the best coffee in town. How did it take me four years to find this place when it's been right around the corner THE WHOLE TIME? Atmosphere 10/10 coffee 10/10 pricing 10/10 service 15/10. I will be back! Thanks for starting my day off right ?

When I travel I always look for smaller non franchised coffee shops. I found a great lil coffee shop in Paul's coffee & Tea. Ordered the Rasberry mocha & it was Delightful. Glad I ordered a 20oz. Great place to chill & have a hot or cold drink.

I think this is my favorite coffee shop in Louisville! Amazing ambiance, I have spent hours on end here studying and sometimes getting to listen to the live music they sometimes have. Great pastry and food options, I love their coffee but for whatever reason whenever I end up there I am craving a tea and a croissant.

Very good coffee and breakfast burritos. You can also buy coffee bags here retail or wholesale.

We found Paul's Coffee our first morning in town from Grand Junction. We went for coffee/breakfast both of the days we were staying in a nearby hotel. Delicious breakfast burritos and the best coffee I've had besides my own lattes at home. Would definitely recommend.Parking: Parking lot is a bit tight and can be completely full at times.

I ordered a 20 oz spiced chai tea and I must say it's the worst I have ever had, the spice factor was a nice touch I must say. The drink was also served lukewarm which was quite the turnoff.

I was looking for a little cafe near Hwy 36 to meet up with an out-of-town friend and found Paul's Coffee and Tea. We both had yummy lattes and while the shop was busy, it wasn't overly loud so we were able to catch up with each other. A few weeks later, my hubby and I met a friend at the movies on New Years Day. I remembered that Paul's was just down the street and we stopped by afterward for hot drinks. The staff is so nice too!

A community necessity - coffee crafted with love! Wonderfully roasted in-house coffee, and lovely drinks brewed to enjoy there. Enjoyed a lovely, aromatic maple cardamom chai with a wonderful slice of pumpkin bread with chocolate chips. HIGHLY recommend both! Purchased 1lb of Ethiopian light roast following the recommendation of who I assume is the owner. He asked my personal coffee preferences and was able to suggest two selections that would hit the mark. I purchased his personal favorite of those two, then the staff ground them specifically for my aeropress. I am currently enjoying my first cup of the batch while I type this, and spoiler alert - it’s spectacular. I’m excited to go back and try the other recommendation. It’s clear the staff is cared for, well equipped for their job, and enjoy providing excellent service. I look forward to returning asap!

Waited an hour for an incredibly disappointing latte. An entitled white woman will think your order is hers, even knowing she arrived after you.. be warned.

You don't go to Paul's just for the great coffee or burrito's, but for the ambiance and exceptional service. Not only is the coffee exceptional, but the staff is kind, knowledgable and welcoming. I wish they had more burrito options for those with dietary restrictions but that is their only negative. I love going to Paul's!

Paul's was a great place for coffee. Small enough to feel intimate, but spacious enough to have a private conversation. It's no wonder that I see a lot of locals in there (always a good sign). A really comfortable and homey atmosphere, and the staff members all had ready smiles (also a good sign). Next visit I'll have to have a pastry; they looked great!
