I don't know if it's just this store or the whole chain. The size of my burrito bowl has gotten smaller. I'm sure it's a reaction to the increased prices of the ingredients. Still disappointing.

It was pretty good. I'm not a fast-food diner very often, and there are so many great Mexican restaurants in the Louisville-Lafayette area, so I'd rather go to one of them. But the food is good, the service was good, so you should give it a try. (We had a BOGO coupon, so very affordable...)

Normally, I have a very good experience here in the afternoon. Today I walked in with my husband, there isn't a single customer and the floor is absolutely trashed. I walked up to the counter and there is a single guy behind the counter. I get a veggie rice bowl and see that there isn't anymore cilantro in the container. He says that's all there is in the store. Then asks if thats all for me today, completely ignoring my husband. Tell him that no my husband wants food too.Then my husband also asks for a veggiebowl, there isn't enough veggies left. The guy doesn't say anything about it just proceeds to put the tiny amount in the bowl. Husband asks if there is more, the dude says "it'll take ten minutes."My husband then doesn't want to wait ten minutes and decides to get extra beans. The guy is at this point visibly irritated with us and is very short. He walks the bowl over to the beans and scoops an enormous amount of the liquid into my husband's bowl. We had to drain his bowl in the parking lot.My husband asks for lettuce. Apparently the guy put lettuce in it first without us asking for it so he said "you want more?" My husband is confused because he never asked for it, can't see it under the bean soup. Then husband asks for pickled onions, the guy is so irriated and picks up 4-5 prongs of pickled onions.He then tries to charge us 2$ for a side of beans. I look at my husband and I say "thats not right" my husband says "I'm being charged for a side of beans when there wasn't enough veggies for my veggie bowl?"We have never been charged for a side of beans for extra beans. Pretty sure in the online order, you can select extra beans without being charged.The guy tells us that next time we'll be charged for the beans.Next time, if I see you behind the counter I'm going somewhere else.I serve customers all day long 6 days a week and very rarely get to be one myself. It is super upsetting being treated like I'm bothering you.He never said anything after that. Didn't offer us drinks. The entire scenario was so off-putting.And bean rice soup is not worth the money.

I love this Qudoba. I work in the area and grab lunch here quite often. I like it because there’s never a line and the staff are ready to take my order right away. I know I’ll be able to get in and get out in less than 5 minutes even if it’s during busy lunch hours. The staff are also all super friendly. Never had a bad experience. Food has always been good too.Parking: I am always able to park directly in front of entrance.

Fresh food selection & very clean food area. Lauren assembled the food like an artist, not just dumped together. Great experience!

There is a cashier, Jessica with a very bad attitude, she reluctantly throws the food on me. The very professional Manager apologized but it is not possible for Qdoba to have such a rude employee and without a culture of customer service

Staff was hiding in the back. We had to yell at the counter to have staff come out.All 3 orders we placed we made wrong.Staff was upset that they had people in the restaurant ordering
