I placed an online order over the holiday weekend and within an hour of placing my order one of their employees, Dylan, reached out to let me know that there was an error on the site and the piece I ordered was not in stock. She left a detailed message and we were able to transition to email and found a solution that works. She was kind and gracious with her time and my questions. I never felt pressured to make a decision one way or another, I truly felt that she was trying to help me and not just make a sale. She provided a wide range of possible solutions from alternative pieces, to waiting on the back order, or a full refund. She took care to note that I was shopping the sale and made sure the alternatives were within the same style as well as price range and was also able to offer a discount when I considered upgraded pieces. As a customer I was well taken care of and it was a verY positive experience. Highly recommend this company and shout out to Dylan for making the experience smooth and easy!”

“This place has the best cartridges in Boulder! Cheech and Chong 1 g for around 20 bucks. Plus on Veterans Day they give me a free joint. After you get your cartridge, go over to the vape shop and get a cool little bass for it, you’re set forever. Military discount! I’m retired so I can! Lol ?”
